UPDATE: all desync issues are fixed and Whispy's eye and mouth textures are now flipped correctly when he turns.
Custom lighting for stage, background and characters, imported Whispy's blowing animation and all of the star animations from PM, used slightly customized vanilla Melee animations for the background, the vanilla Melee animation for Whispy's blinking and recreated water and texture animations for Whispy's eyes and mouth by hand.
Overall very happy with how this turned out.
Slippi safe and console compatible.
