Fated Mate Update
🕑 Added 2022-06-18 17:11:43 +0000 UTCSo Lumpinou made me aware of a "problem" with the fated mate feature in game. Apparently finding your fated mate is based on interaction chance, meaning you just have to keep flirting with the sim till it triggers.
In my initial test, this didn't seem to happen, but I decided to test again and lo and behold, she was right. We both agreed that was rather uhm an odd way of doing it. So she made a section where this changes from being based on interaction to now be based on sims instead. What this means is that if the fated mate isn't triggering the first time they flirt, it's not the fated mate.
With my mod this then means that you can use as many interactions as you want, if it doesn't trigger the first time you interact with the sim, it will not trigger. And the chance to find the fate mate is 10% or 50% depending which version you use.
I have updated the mod to reflect on the new changes, so please update.
New mod version up!
I made a different version where your werewolf can now find their fated mate regardless of their occult type or the lack off. Yes this means your werewolf could be fated with a spellcaster or even a vampire, if you can get through century old hatred. Heck even aliens could be the fated one.
