car crash debris ( NOTE if you using VehDeform, you will have to edit damage effects multiply
or you can disable in fxs.ini by adding # in front of
AddDebrisAmountMultiplier
wheel drift from cars effect ( pretty cool outcome by accident was achieved )
concrete, wood, sand bullet decals ( short life bullet holes like damage )
concrete bullet hole damage is sprx_smk, can be disabled in ini if you using bullet hole mod
Helicopter dust and water effects ( also pretty cool result achieved )
Bullet stains on wood and concrete will play only on static objects now, thanks to Junior update,
previously was played on wooden fence, which when destroy, leaves bullet holes in air, same goes for trash boxes, concrete bullet holes also don't appear on metalic stuff like cars.
NOTE: These holes are more like short life detail in game, they not meant to replace bullet hole mod such as Ryosuke's.
cuts.img rebuild was used previously by IMG Manager 2.0 which corrupted cutscenes files,
thanks to Alci's IMG Editor we are good to goo
This release is not late or delayed, Traffic LOD took a while to finish, + to deliver one more game character in full.
