Muay Thai Bones Podcast - #6 (for iTunes) Clinch, Belts, Suffering

If you are new to the Muay Thai Bones podcast it your chance to come and hang out with Kevin and me as we drive across Thailand, long travel after fights or filming for the Library. These are chances to talk in real detail about the things that matter behind and within Muay Thai.
If you'd like to rather watch the video of the podcast you can see all the episodes on YouTube here, but the audio versions are just for patrons.
I'm not sure how quickly I'll be publishing these past episodes, I don't want to bomb the Patreon stream, but I do want patrons who come to the podcast on iTunes to get as many podcasts as they can. I also add about 2 new Muay Thai Bones podcasts each month, most are between two and three hours long.

I recomme d the book "Joy on Demand" for some discussion on this.
Do you expand on the topic of suffering anywhere else? Detail what you mean in reference to suffering your thoughts or your emotions in the context of training for a fight?
