Arjan Net Library Coffee Podcast #1 (for iTunes)
🕑 Added 2019-08-19 01:31:12 +0000 UTCWe've always wanted to make an audio version of new Muay Thai Library sessions because we know that sitting down to watch for an hour every two weeks is sometimes more than that a schedule can handle. We put up a few audio tracks on soundcloud a while back and lots of people wrote to say how much they loved listening to them on the way to the gym to get excited for their work out, or on the way to work. But we wanted to do more than that.
Muay Thai Library as Podcast
iTunes: Read this quick article to see how to add Muay Thai Bones to iTunes or other subscription services. Easy to do!
Along came our Muay Thai Bones podcast covering so many Muay Thai things in detail - you can subscribe to that on iTunes, check out our most recent podcast episode to find out how: Muay Thai Bones Podcast - #8 (for iTunes) Introverts, Goggins, Long Clinch, Fight City. So Kevin got the idea of mashing them together. Not just the audio from the session, but also our conversation Muay Thai Bones style, about the session, which means lots of talk about the big ideas found in any particular session. So wella! This is the first Muay Thai Library session in the new podcast format. It starts with our Library Coffee conversation about the Arjan Net Saknarong session, just published (as a patron, watch the full video here), which is followed by the audio from the session.
The Full Video Session: Arjan Net Saknarong - The Art of Proximity (47 min)
We realize that there is a ton of material in the Muay Thai Library, it's by far the largest archive of Thai technique and documentation in the world. So we are hoping that this we give some of you an easy way to cruise through new sessions and think about the legends and krus in a more profound way. After you hear the podcast you might say to yourself: Hey, I want to see that one!
So, I hope you enjoy the new audio version, part Muay Thai Bones, part Muay Thai Library! If you get a lot out of it we'll try to do more!
