Thanks. I will check out the forum.

It's very different from Chatchai and I reckon doesn't work so much at the same time as Chatchai's transfers. If you like Chatchai's style and it suits you, keep developing that. You can ask your question over at the Muay Thai Roundtable and get the community's read: 8limbsus.com/muay-thai-forum

Could you elaborate a bit on how this is combined or compared with the "Chatchai style" of balance and weight transfer? I guess both styles is "correct" depending on the context. I'm new to Muay thai (like two years in) and are trying to find "my style". But most importantly improve the fundamentals. I really liked the Chatchai sessions and found that they gave me a better understanding how to use footwork and weight transfer. Especially as I have been/is a bit heavy on the front foot. Then I see this awesome video (well, I'm only half way through) and my mind is like "eh, ok. Now what!" :) I'll have to use a little bit of both at today's practice and use this as "power punching" or something.

really nice stuff

. I love you sessions with fighters who were elite boxers. If I may be so bold to suggest you have a look a various videos on Tyson training and the importance he put on keeping the legs bent may be a help. I am in in awe of your love and dedication to Muay Thai. My base is boxing but some of your explanations on boxing are some of the best I have seen. Keep up the good work.

I could totally relate to this session. Great work Sylvie and Kru. I encounter so many gyms in the states where boxing is taught as something totally different than Muay Thai. Of course it is not. A lot schools only teach Muay Thai from a squared stance. I teach all of my boxers some aspect of Muay Thai to improve their boxing and vice versa. Thanks again for a great session. Keep up the great work.

Great session. As a former professional boxer and Muay Thai coach,

I've been waiting for this one!! Yay!
