Sylvie's Technique Vlog - Creating Power and Distance At Close Range (9 min)
🕑 Added 2019-09-16 03:12:05 +0000 UTCThis is what I've been working on lately. As many of you know Dieselnoi, the King of Knees, has been at my gym Petchrungruang weekly, advising and mentoring everyone. He's there through my patron support through a project we are calling Legends in Residence. One of the awesome things of having him there is that I'm getting even more on his program, and part of that program is this very particular trick he has for creating power at very close distance, just by changing the angle of the step back. Watch the whole vlog to hear what other things I've learned about creating distance at close range. This is a very important part of clinch and Muay Khao fighting. You do so much work to get "in" and close, but you want to make sure that you don't snuff yourself and your power.
Look for the videos of Dieselnoi, Karuhat, Chatchai, in the Muay Thai Library archive for patrons.
