amazing! thanks put in my visit list thanks so much! watched it 2 times

Oh, and the other thing that you both spoke of about his gentleness in the coffee podcast , I found him to be a gentle, warm guy and very welcoming - in and out of the training arena. A Legend for sure!

So glad you went to learn from Kru D. He is amazing on many levels. I went to FA Group a couple of years back and trained over four weeks, mainly with Kru D holding pads for me (luckily it was a quiet time for their fighters and not many farang present so I he spent time with me). He's really generous, even in regular training sessions, and I can say from my experience that his pad holding in regular sessions pretty much matched that which I saw him teach you in the private.

You mean the "huh huh huh" sound? That's like a war drum!

Thanks so much for this feedback. Makes me happy.

I enjoy your intros with driving footage on the way to the session. It's immersive and also a nice reminder to me that training begins before you even step on the mats. I appreciate your work!

He's widely considered the best, but the best of a diluted era, so it it difficult to tell. Most legends I have talked to seem to feel he would have had a harder time in the Golden Age when there were so many elite, yodmuay fighters.

I noticed something small but maybe relevant in this one, at ~49:30 Kru Diesel changes his breathing in the clinch. The comment above by John reminded me of when I heard this type of breathing before - - it was when Kru Pot was clinching with Saenchai and Kru Pot was breathing like that later on in the video. I am not sure if that is from exhaustion or for rhythm or is there some further technique with that sort of pulsating breathing in the clinch? Hoping you might have some insight about this. This was a cool session! I didn't know what to expect with Kru Diesel but his teaching style seems intuitive and powerful.

The padwork. Relentless. Love it!

Definitely in my top 5 favorite sessions of yours Kru Sylvie, thanks so much. On another note, I have only seen you briefly talk about Saenchi whenever he is mentioned. Do you consider him the goat? Where do you rank him generally? Thank you for all your hard work. Khap!
