MTL Podcast (audio only) #137 Kem Sitsongpeenong 3 - Balance, Fakes, and Cool Heart
🕑 Added 2023-09-21 02:03:54 +0000 UTCThe podcast is an audio version of the latest Muay Thai Library session, with some audio edits to make is more easy listening. This one is with Kem Sitsongpeenong up in the Khaoyai Mountains near Khorat, one of the best technical teachers in all of Thailand and a top fighter of his era. This is the third times we've filmed with him, and each time the lessons and knowledge gets deeper. We're hoping these podcast versions are a chance for patrons to enter the Library in a more diverse way. Even though the videos are so important, there is so much to also just get out of the commentary. It's the Library on the go. Many have written they like to listen on the way to the gym, which is really cool. If you like what you are listening to in the commentary take a closer look and dive into the video.

The Library is so massive (over 167 hours), sometimes its best to be able to engage with it without designating an hour or more to study video. So our MTL podcasts are in that spirit. A bit like traveling to Thailand to train and learn in the palm of your hand. Patrons are telling us that its great to have the Muay Thai Library in parallel. Feedback from you helps us bring more out of the Library.

For everyone who's been asking about the Muay Thai Bone podcast to return, we completely hear you! This was a fantastic on-the-run podcast we recorded when driving all over Thailand. It's been great to have all that support and enthusiasm to come our way. Its just not the right time to be doing the podcast right now, but hopefully it comes back in some shape or form!
