We had so much in common... R.I.P. Mom <3
🕑 Added 2024-01-12 19:52:31 +0000 UTCThanks to all of you who have reached out over messages and in kind comments with your comforting words, I truly appreciate you all. Sorry I have not responded to everyone yet. It has been a whirlwind of pain and chaos since my Angel of a mother passed away...
If you have been following me since last January, you may know I shaved my head in solidarity with my mom who was losing her hair due to chemo. I love her SO MUCH, she was my best friend, she never judged or controlled me, she was always pure love and understanding! I felt like we were soul connected... I am her first born. We even look alike! In the above photo, it's my mom on the left and me on the right :)
I am now trying to start getting my life back together... It's been especially hard since my stepfather has been a raging maniac through my mom's death, and especially now that she is gone. He texted her 3 days before she died to tell her he was packing up all her clothes and getting rid of her medical equipment at the house because it was "too painful to look at" ... she cried in the hospital, heartbroken.
He went against her Will by transferring 100% of the life insurance money into his bank account before it could be reconciled, and part of that money was intended to help my little sister get back on her feet and cover my mom's cremation and post-death costs. So we have to crowdfund those things, now.
I would be honored if you read the obituary, I wrote it myself <3 it's here: https://everloved.com/life-of/karin-koenig/?flow=201
Thank you everyone for being so kind and understanding through all of this.
