I think Yuri will stay, even though Yuri couldn't get an answer from Star. Friends don't just leave when they KNOW something is off. :/

At least someone is catching on to the fact that there is something wrong. Even if Star doesn’t tell anyone out of fear, Yuri’s natural curiosity will bring Sarge’s true nature to light.
