I like to think that if Martin represents your partner then they will end up together, but I'm worried about the "we can be together" drama and the emotions Star may have to deal about his relationship ending and feelings guilt about having something to do with breaking up, I'm so scared for her 😥

OH DAMN. Well... That doesn't mean he can't be a care giver for her. I doubt that his significant other wouldn't be okay with what he's doing if that wasn't the case. One can be in a relationship and it not be romantic but a part of a "Lifestyle" like this one, while also being in a romantic relationship that's Vanilla and not a part of this or any other lifestyle.

Not sure if being in a relationship is a better answer. But hey! Maybe Star will also get a mommy out of this deal? I kinda imagine now Martin and his girlfriend walking through the park, arm in arm, while pushing a big stroller with Star sitting inside wearing a pink dress and bonnet and her diaper visible for everyone while she suckles on a pacifier with a crimson red face.
