Okay. It's 8 pm in Minnesota, 1 am in London, so here's my guess. After Elly finishes cleaning up, she notices Bob still sitting at the table. She takes him to Star and about to knock on the door when it suddenly opens, and there's Star, standing in her diaper. After an awkward silence and Star blushing, Elly gives Bob to Star, who gives a quick thanks, and slams the door in embarrassment. Elly regains her composure and tells Star she looks really cute
