MS No. 15 - A Day On Four Legs

I made a sketch while watching Yitexity's stream and it just became a piece. I don't know if other artists just randomly make art like this, or if it's just me, but sometimes everything just works. I really wanted to recreate that line-less look I see others do; the background came afterwards. I have a whole little story in my head for this series that I have a hard time putting down and getting started. So concept work it is.
Another sketch done while watching Yitexity's art stream. Was trying to capture the characters' essence - confident, charming Nick and slightly timid, unsure-of-himself-Gideon. Making sure their builds and coats were different as well.
And lastly, I made a rough of a "poster" for LT and it makes me SO happy. Something that was accidental - or happened unsubconsciously - was the look of the poster; it came out like one of those Disney renaissance movie posters, and that just tickles me! I thought I wouldn't want to draw after being taped to my desk all November with commissions, but it's not even a week into December and I'm already off to the races.
I think that's a good sign!

That LT poster legit looks like an old Disney animated movie, resembles Fox and the Hound/Bambi. I’m in love with these posters!!!

Marvelous sketches. The Little Things poster is particularly lovely.

That top image looks so beautiful and majestic, Qal! You did a great job on it! And the sketch of the fox-bun headbutts at the bottom are so adorable! And I can't get over how gorgeous the Little Things poster looks! Thanks as always for sharing these!

Cool stuff! Very nice, all of it. The head-butting is way adorable. Love the poster, too. See a bit of 'Savco' in the first one:) All great stuff. Can't wait for LT to pop back up! Take care. Stubat
The first picture reminds me of Fox and the Hound
