Was it something I said? I don't know what's happening, but I've gained around seven subscribers in four days! π₯³ The only thing I can think of was a single reply on Reddit that mentioned my Patreon...is that the cause??
Whatever the reason, your support has buoyed me. It's been a challenging week, and it's lifted my spirits to write so many welcome messages to new members!
I'd always intended to do something special to mark my 50th patron, but things have moved so fast that I'm almost at 60! I'd better get going before the next milestone arrives. (It should probably be "69," right?)
To thank you all, I've decided to post a bonus chapter from my messy work desk! None of these stories are in active production, but none are in the archives either. All of them await their turn to become a proper story. So please consider this a sneak peek, or a glimpse of the future.
I'll leave the poll up for around a week to give everyone a chance to vote. β
Option 1 - Mecha Kiss. The first chapter of my sci-fi romance involving giant robots. I've never shared any science fiction on this site before.
Option 2 - To Love a Goddess: Summer. This tale isn't yet complete, but the first chapter is! Vote for it if you want a glimpse of the next step in Gar's journey.
Option 3 - Thil's New Wife. Another story set in the Adamant World, this is the first chapter of a full novel. Back when I offered three tiers of support, this was the reward given to patrons of my highest tier. A worthy "thank you" for reaching 50 patrons.

Even better. Pilots have huge egos but who's actually making sure everything works? I'd hide a smiley face sticker somewhere in her cockpit to mess with her for the rude comment she just made. You know we're all here because you write fun dynamic reversals. π
