If it's the first scene when Leon rescues Ashley I have had that work so not sure why it doesn't work for you. I would recommend loading just the one mod "Ashley Shirt" and see if that works for you

Yep confirmed sadly its this mod that causes an infinite loading screen before the cut scene with Ashley in the church

For whatever reason when I get to Ashley my game ends up in an infinite load screen I've no idea if this mod is the direct cause but I can't figure it out as every other mod I have works.
