Carrot and Stick

Chase whimpered softly, eyes fixed on the sight of the thick, rubbery collar in Nurse Bailey's hands. It wasn't really the collar itself that disturbed him, honestly – not so much as the two thin metallic wires that ran along each edge, gleaming in the cold light of the examination room. This was no ordinary collar, clearly. Those wires must have some purpose – some nasty, painful purpose that he really, really didn't want to know any more about.
But of course he had no choice, even though he gulped and shook his head in vehement denial. "Oh, you're just being difficult – and silly," Nurse Bailey reprimanded… and he shivered as her fingers slipped easily around his bare neck and clicked the collar snugly into place. So snug… just like a choker. Like a freaking dog collar… But even when she deftly hooked a thin wire to a previously unseen port by the collar's buckle, all Chase could do was shiver in unwilling submission, hoping against hope that whatever lay in store for him, it would be over soon.
Because it was therapy, after all. Therapy that his softly smiling psychologist had specifically prescribed for him, and which to refuse would constitute a direct defiance of her orders.
"Come on – up on the table," Nurse Bailey motioned, directing him toward the low, plastic-covered, articulated table before him. "Oh, and let me take that gown off. You won't need it." "I- I won't?" he stuttered, even as her nimble fingers undid the snap at the back of its neck and it slid easily off his naked torso. He'd just donned it ten minutes before at another nurse's insistence – and now he wasn't even allowed that? "Of course you won't," she returned, and as his now-naked body visibly shivered in cold anxiety, she pushed him forward and down onto the waiting table. "Just relax, honey. It's all going to be fine – just fine…"
Would it? Chase wasn't so sure anymore – and certainly not as he caught the sound of latex gloves softly squeaking against the thrust of Nurse Bailey's fingers into their powdered depths. "Now, we're just going to hook this up as well. We're going to lube it all up and slip this in your bum, honey – nice and gentle. It won't hurt a bit, I promise-"
And before he could do more than gulp, a gloved finger was probing his tender and fully exposed rosebud, slipping with greased ease in, and out, and deeper in once more. Followed a minute later by the thick, undeniably girthier presence of a rubbery plug… pressing deeper and stretching his anus slowly wider and wider… nearing the point of pain now… and then…
Settling with uncomfortable finality into place: leaving the naked, shivering, and now-plugged Chase staring helplessly down at the gleaming floor, feeling more exposed and vulnerable than he had ever felt before in all his twenty-six years.
"Now, then," Nurse Bailey soothed, and amid the soft whirring of the table's motors and the slow shifting of the vinyl-covered padding beneath him, Chase could feel the uncompromising tension of plastic straps slipping around his thighs and binding him fast. "My two colleagues will be along shortly. They're experts at what they do, dear, so don't worry one bit. Just relax and get comfortable…"
All very nice to say, of course. But rather hard to actually do – especially when the door opened and admitted two more women. Each wore the garb of a nurse, but as Chase's thudding heart and suddenly swelling cock testified, they appeared more like drop-dead gorgeous fashion models than your average nurse.
"What have we here?" began the first, tossing her shoulder-length dark hair and allowing her silky-smooth voice to descend into the velvety register of a seductress. "Aww, look at that, Bev – our new patient is happy to see us! Just look as his darling little cock down there, twitching away. Do you think he even knows what we're going to do with him?"
Her colleague – a slim goddess with a short-cropped, blonde pixie cut and piercingly blue eyes – merely snorted and shook her head in mocking disagreement. "Oh, Nancy, of course not! He hasn't got the slightest notion of what we have in mind. And honestly, I prefer it that way. It's so much more fun when you get to, you know… keep those shocking details as a surprise."
Chase twitched and attempted to rise, but even as he did so Nurse Bailey stepped forward and pushed him easily back down. "Now, now," she chided, and her gloved fingers circled his wrists and tugged them down into a pair of plastic straps. "Here – if you can't stay still for your treatment, we'll give you a little help…"
Oh, god! No, no- But yes: Chase was now bound fast to the table, with the three beautiful women standing around him, their soft voices and very presence sending his heart rate rocketing up into the stratosphere. They- what were they going to do with him? Sure, his psychologist had been talking about building trust… exploring new relationships… respecting his partners… learning to let go and to find pleasure in pleasing others…
"Good luck, ladies!" Nurse Bailey smiled, and Chase's head jerked, his eyes following her as she slipped easily out of the room with nothing more than a final, knowing wink. The door thumped softly shut after her – but even before it had, feminine fingertips were already brushing over his naked body… a soft titter of laughter was filling his ears… and Chase realized that the two women around him were circling him like sharks around a bloody piece of meat.
"Aww, you look so nice and comfortable like that," the brunette murmured, stepping in front of him and filling his vision with her curvaceous form. "I think I'll be more comfortable too if I get rid of this silly uniform…" Chase's breath caught as her white scrubs loosened and slid effortlessly down, revealing… nothing less than her fully nude form. She- she's naked under that? Not even a- a bra? Or panties?! "Much better," she giggled softly, bending down and pulling his head upward to stare full into her face. "You're going to be such a good boy for me today, honey! Now I bet you like seeing Miss Nancy without her clothes on, don't you? So be a good boy and just do exactly as I say…"
She was drawing closer, her legs parting, her clean-shaven womanhood thrusting mere inches now from Chase's wide eyes. "Hhhnnn… I'm feeling very turned on right now, baby," she moaned softly, and the lustful longing in her voice sent thrills sparkling right through him. "Seeing you so sweet and helpless like this… I just can't help it! I really want to feel you kissing and licking me… you know, right down here…"
"And when you do…" came Bev's cutting voice from behind him, followed by a sudden thrilling pulse from the plug within his ass. "When you're a good boy and make her happy, you're gonna earn this." Chase shuddered at the wave of unwilling, vibrator-induced pleasure surging through him. God, yes- oh, yes! He- he would gladly do anything for Nancy to feel this. Even eating her out… This was so- so very good-
A yelp escaped him as a searing pain cut through the pleasure, his entire body jolting in its bonds from the shock collar's silent pulse. "And that's what you get when you slack off," Bev chortled, and a second shock burst through him, drawing another groan from his lips. "Honestly, that bit's a hell of a lot more fun for me. Nancy, you sure I can't turn it up higher?"
"No, dear, not yet," Nancy returned, and now she was pressing her mound full into Chase's face, her tantalizing musk filling his nose and mouth as his lips parted in mortified obedience. "He's going to be a good boy for me, I know it. Come on, baby," she murmured, as with eyes screwed shut he shuddered and blindly gave a first, tentative lick. "Eat up, darling. You're so hungry for me, I know it. Imagine you're burying your face in the most delicious pie you've ever had. It's so juicy… so sweet… so very tasty…"
The vibrator hummed to life within him again, and a muffled moan of gratitude escaped his already drool-covered lips. "Mmm-hmm," Nancy giggled softly in imitation, and he shivered as he felt her fingers tighten in his hair. "Aww, you're such a sweetheart! Come on, baby – I know you can do better…"
"You CAN do better. Eat her out like you mean it!" came Bev's cutting voice, and he grunted in pain as another shock radiated through him. "Get a move on. You're not getting out of this until you please both of us, you know. And believe me, I'm more than happy to shock you into obedience." Her hands were now slipping along his exposed ass and down to his trembling manhood and he cringed as she gave his balls a knowing squeeze. "I know. Miss Nancy may think sweet-talk is the best way to deal with patients like you. But honestly, I think punishing you is way more effective. Or at the very least, a hell of a lot more fun…"
"Now, now," Nancy reprimanded gently, and she trailed off with a gusty, shaky sigh of pleasure. "Oh, yes- that's it, honey!" she urged the bound young man lapping desperately at her pussy. "Even harder, okay? You're making Miss Nancy so happy…" "You'd fucking better," Bev opined, and Chase wailed once more as yet another shock burst from his collared neck. "Go on now! Eat her out like you fucking mean it!"
Yes- yes! He would- he would- He was grunting now like a wild animal. Slobbering. Licking feverishly. Face pressed shamelessly into her mound, the taste of her dripping womanhood coating his tongue and filling his nose. Nancy- he- he would pleasure her- he would die pleasing her- he would do anything for her-
And so the minutes faded away, sending him spiraling helplessly into an unseeing, unthinking eternity. He was caught now: held captive between Nancy and Bev, carrot and stick, pleasure and pain. How long he was to remain there, he knew not. All he now knew was that Nancy was to be pleased, and Bev was to be feared, and that his only hope lay in doing exactly as his beautiful, supremely sexy partners ordered.
Which, apparently, was precisely the sort of therapy his psychologist knew he needed.
