This- it's… it's too much. I'm not sure how much more I can take!
It's pitch-black here in this nightmarish nursery. I force my eyes open, awash in a fevered swirl of grogginess and pain. My belly is churning and gurgling loudly – more loudly than the crackle of the plastic sheet beneath my bare and sweating back, and louder even than the clank of my cuffs as I writhe disconsolately in place. The two women have bound me in place here in this giant crib, spread out like some pathetic butterfly in a display case. And now that the hideous formula they forced down my throat has taken effect… and with my poor ass still clogged with the giant plug they forced in there…
Well, make fun of me all you want. But I can't help the tears that puddle out and trickle down my cheeks, nor the muffled sobs that escape past the soggy wad of tissues strapped securely into my mouth. I'm at my lowest point ever: crying in pain, humiliated beyond compare, and desperate for the slightest bit of relief from this hellstorm of cramps. If- if only I could force this plug out of my ass! Oh, how good that would be…
Yeah, you know it's bad when I'm fantasizing about how much better I'd feel if I could only pack my pants full of shit.
But then, above my muffled sobs, I hear the door creak open. Lightly approaching footsteps. And there she stands: Amber, dressed in nothing more than a flimsy babydoll nightgown through which her magnificent breasts and perky nipples are plainly visible. Her dark hair is done up in a thick braid, and on her face is a sleepy smile of motherly concern.
"Oh, honey…" she whispers softly. Click goes the rail, and down slide the bars under her fingers. She steps closer, and I shudder as her cool fingers brush against my sweating belly. "Having trouble sleeping?"
Of course I am! I want to scream. Please, Amber- anything. I'll do anything! Eat you out again, let you whip me. Force me to lick your feet. Anything, just- just please let me relieve myself! Though of course, trapped and gagged as I am with her ever-present tissues, all I can do is sniffle and stare bleakly up at her, moaning out my pain with all the shameless, wordless pleading I can muster.
"It's all part of your punishment, remember?" she soothes, stroking my hair affectionately. "Though then again… I guess by now you've learned your lesson, surely?"
Oh, I nod! Of course I have. I've learned that Amber and her friend Victoria are the most sadistic women I've ever met. I've learned that I'm no match for their horrifying methods. And I've learned not to disobey them – ever again.
A sharp sound of tearing tapes cuts through the darkness. Her fingers are at work – and now a sudden burst of cool air hits my groin. Her fingers are slipping down, down, down… into my defenseless and aching crack… tugging…
I let out a muffled scream as the plug slips free at last. But by the time I've recovered, the tapes are tugging tight once more, and Amber is leaning down to plant a sly kiss on my forehead. "There, honey," she soothes with a quiet smirk. "Go on. You know what you want to do now. Nurse Amber's watching! Show her what a good baby you're learning to be. Show her how good babies love to fill their diapers…"
And even as I stare up and let out another moan, the smile fades into an expression of stern warning. "Keep quiet, baby! I can't have you waking Victoria! Moan once more like that, and I'll knock you out with my chloroform again." She shakes her head and flashes a dangerous grin, leaning forward to whisper in my ear. "I don't suppose you'd like that, hmm? Being completely unconscious while you fill your diaper? God, you really would be a giant baby then, wouldn't you?"
I gulp. I shudder. And then, as my entire body quivers and sweats in its bonds, it happens: the first hot spurt of diarrhea from my aching ass. Twenty second later comes another. And before a minute is out, it's as if my entire belly is emptying into my waiting diaper – a torrent of mush, burning and swelling and warming my entire groin and bum with an inexpressibly disgusting and infantile mess. While all the while, Amber gazes on… wry amusement suffusing her every word.
"Go on, that's right. You want this, baby. You want to fill your diaper for me. You want to show me how pathetic you are. God, you really are disgusting, aren't you? You really do need me to keep you as my baby: my pathetic, disgusting, helpless little baby toy…"
She's laughing softly, her hands massaging and kneading the swelling mass of my filthy diaper even as my bowels continue to evacuate. I'm her captive baby for real – and she's my nurse-mommy, encouraging me and praising me for debasing myself beyond belief. Tears are stinging my eyes once again – but even as I squeeze my eyes shut to force them away, I can't say whether they're tears of humiliation… or of gratitude.
"Now, then, let's give you a change." Her voice is calm and almost kind again, and her cool fingers are gently wiping the tears from my eyes with a feather-soft bunch of paper tissues. "Don't worry baby, Nurse Amber will clean you up. Can't have you getting a rash… not so early on in your treatment."
Oh, she does clean me up, just as promised. I don't know how she isn't vomiting at the sight and smell of the mess I've deposited into this diaper of mine, but she does. And before I know it, the cold wipes have cleaned my skin… she has prodded me to rise and allow her to slip a fresh one beneath me… and the cool cascade of powder is falling like snow on my sensitive – and strangely half-erect – cock.
"What's this? Aww, my wittle baby wants his nursie to play with him? Well… I can't say no to that!"
A startled moan escapes my tissue-filled mouth at the sensation of her fingers on my most responsive parts. Her hands are cupping my balls… her fingertips brushing against my glans… another finger slipping down across my taint and pressing suggestively inward… God, it's intense! I can't help but let out a moan as her grip around my rapidly rising cock tightens – then slips forcefully down. And up. And down again.
She's actually… she's jerking me off…?!
"Didn't I tell you not to make noise?" she hisses in response to my moans – and immediately her fingers on my groin depart, replaced a moment later by the smothering, cottony thickness of my fresh diaper. "If you want to wake Victoria, by all means keep it up! Though you really don't want to know how mean she can be to someone who disturbs her beauty rest…"
I bite back my disconsolate wail at having been edged almost to the point of orgasm and then left hanging. She rises and crosses the room to the changing table, her bare hips swaying provocatively the entire way as if to mock my frustration. And before I know it, she's returned, with the familiar wad of cloyingly sweet tissues in her hand.
"Now, baby… given how noisy and needy you're being, I think it's time you shut up and let me get back to sleep." Helpless as I am, all I can do is shudder as the thick wad descends, blotting out my view of the world and clouding my mind once more. The last things I remember… are the urgent twitch of my aching cock as it thrust desperately into the folds of my fresh and powder-filled diaper… and the low, musical laughter of my tormentor.

Is it weird that after that nightmarish interlude, everything seems to get a bit easier?
It's morning when I wake, still pinned in place in my crib. My belly is aching once more – and though for the first few minutes I attempt to keep it under control, I quickly give up. Like I said: once I've humiliated myself so much already, why keep on trying to fight it? Why not just relax and let that hot mush explode out once more into my diaper? It's going to happen anyway. And while I'm at it… well, why not let my bladder go, too?
So when the two women enter my nursery, both still in nothing more than their flimsy nightgowns, I guess I'm quite the authentic, if oversized, baby: complete with dirty and well-soaked diaper. "Pheew, someone's stinky!" Victoria laughs, pinching her nose and waving as if to rid herself of the noxious fumes. "You really are turning him into a giant pants-shitting playtoy, huh?"
Amber's smiling as she lowers the bars and begins unfastening my cuffs, her green eyes dancing quietly. "In certain ways," she replied, patting the obviously soiled padding around my groin. "But it's not just about punishment and forcing it on them, girl. You also have to get them involved too, you know. Gotta get them to work for it…"
Work for it? I'd venture to ask if it wasn't for the nasty wad of tissues still lodged in my mouth. As if reading my thoughts, Amber tugs me up and begins prying the strap free from around my face. "Here, I'll show you! Come on, baby, you don't need this anymore…"
It drops free, and the soggy plug drops from my parched mouth to the floor. "Now, I bet you're hungry and thirsty, huh? And you really want another change?" Amber's smiling tolerantly as I slide forward off the crib mattress, nodding shamefully and grimacing at the sensation of the mess squishing between my legs, even as my gut flops and churns in renewed turmoil. "Yeah?" she urges. "Well, then, I have just the thing for you, PJ…"
How I end up on the floor, I'm not quite sure. But down I go – bang, onto my mushy butt. And now I find myself staring up into a strangely familiar sight: of Amber standing imperiously over me, simultaneously raising her nightgown and waggling her bare crotch before my wide eyes. "You want a change, baby? Go on… work for it. You're gonna need to satisfy both of us again if you ever hope to get out of those smelly pampers!"
Is it maybe a bit weird that I reach out immediately? Is it wrong that I obey without a second thought – tugging her greedily toward me, and leaning back onto the floor, and shivering as her weight settles atop me? Is it bad that my poor cock is tenting once more in my swollen diaper, my body tingling with the mingled shame and forbidden pleasure of being allowed to pleasure my beautiful tormentor in such a humiliating way?
I don't know – but neither do I care. I want a change, of course. I want to escape the mortifying smell of my own filthy diaper. But just as ardently do I wish to pleasure her… to taste her again… to watch as her eyes close and she leans deeper into my ardently sucking mouth, a rapturous expression blossoming on her beautiful face…
"Oh, yeah – go on! Eat her pussy, you shit-brained loser! You know your place now, don't you? You pathetic scum! You worthless piece of shit. You useless, stinking-"
It's Victoria – making damn sure I don't get any romantic ideas, and reminding me just how far below them I really am. And maybe what comes next is the remnants of the formula from yesterday. Maybe it's just psychological. But under the onslaught of her words, it's as if my gut has decided to agree with her. So even as Amber moans and pants out what a good, pussy-hungry baby I am, another explosion of diarrhea escapes me. I can feel my smelly diaper swelling and bulging even further. And, well…
Before I know it, I'm blinded by a fresh wave of salty tears. Tears, and the ardent pressure of my nurse-mommy's bare thighs.
I'm a snot-nosed, slick-faced mess when they've both finally finished with me. I blink brokenly up at the two women from the floor, limp as a spent rag, my eyes closing silently as Amber wads another mass of tissues and begins wiping my face clean of its glistening veneer of saliva, tears, and female ejaculate. "What a messy, messy baby," she murmurs, and I can hear the approving smile in her voice above the rustling of the paper handkerchiefs. "And so pathetic, too. You really would do anything to earn a simple diaper change, wouldn't you? Well, I can't deny you have earned it…"
She breaks into a sadistic giggle, and I can hear her turn to Victoria in mirthful satisfaction. "See what I mean? It's a great deal! He gets the change he wants, and we get to face-fuck him. Talk about a win-win for everyone!"

Wow! Great chapter PLP. Thanks PJcholoro for commissioning it! I feel the only way to go from here is up. By "up," I mean further debasement for our diapered, subdued, knocked out, and at the mercy and whims of two sadistic women; protagonist. Great for us readers though.
