Tea With Alice Salon 38 Open To All Levels

Today’s salon will be in Australia time at 7pm or your local time equivalent (I have to record one of the bonus/special edition/mat leave Gargle episodes at 8pm).
It will also be open to all levels of Patreon Subscriber.

- Any topics you want to get discussed, let me know in the comments here or via DM if you prefer to stay private, or of course you can bring them up during the chat!
- If you are shy, feel free to keep your camera off and be the audience in the dark at the back of the room. I won’t call on you and you won’t be visible to the other people in the room.
- Tea is compulsory, but we have a very broad definition of what tea is, that includes many things ‘normal’ people would call “not tea”, “absolutely nothing like tea” and “are you just pretending to drink from an invisible cup?”

Definitely, plus the shyness aspect, especially in front of strangers (& we *are* strange!! :-) ) Sometimes it's possible to draw a person out by asking what their opinion is, but then they may not want to be put on the spot or open up in front of a group ( I saw a definite "lurker" status in one of the Discord chats!)
It’s harder with the open salons because people tend to feel more like it’s an audience/performer situation rather than a relaxing conversation
NB: no reflection on you Alice: you did try!!
Thank you for the Salon - I really enjoyed it :-) (though I would have liked more attendees to participate in the discussion , so it doesn't become just a 2-person conversation!)
