Nano (Futuristic Story)
🕑 Added 2022-12-30 07:59:01 +0000 UTCThis story takes place 300 years after the shrinking virus outbreak.
The position of men kept degrading, more and more of them kept disappearing, being enslaved or crushed.
Decades ago, the vaccine we knew stopped being effective and no one bothered to research new ones.
In time, more and more countries embraced the belief that men should not have human rights anymore.
They are a product, a tool, only important to reproduce and avoid extinction.
Of course many women didn’t want that, and kept getting married normally, but in time they became a weird niche, most women preferred having them as shrunken slaves instead.
It was an industry now, men were cloned and kept in labs, their sperm pumped and sold (or given, depending on the country) to women who wanted to get pregnant, taking special pills making sure they will have a girl.
Having a boy was a tragedy, like bringing to the world something that is not even considered human anymore.
——————
You didn’t know another reality, ever since you were born you knew your destiny was to be given to someone and serve her for the rest of your life.
It was Jenna, she owned you ever since you turned 20, after years being a captive in a lab, having your sperm drained until it wasn’t up to the standards of the lab.
Then they shrunk you permanently and placed you in one of their stores, Jenna laid her eyes on you and took you home.
Although she was harsh and cruel, it was by far better than the lab, and the taste of dead skin and foot sweat was better than whatever it was they fed you with there, so you were grateful, never complained, never raised your voice, always nodded submissively and obeyed everything she told you to do.
One day you were laying in your cage, waiting for Jenna to return home so you could lick her feet and have something to eat, just like any other day.
Jenna entered the room with a big smile and approached to your cage, “hey slave, how was your day?” She never asked that before, you stood up all confused and tried to understand what’s happening.
“Umm…” you weren’t sure what to say, “it.. it was good, thank y-“
“Good news!” She cut you mid sentence, “you are going to become my nano”, she said, smiling ear to ear, you had no idea what she’s talking about.
“N-Nano? I’m sorry I don’t und-“
“It’s a new technology! Finally got my hands on the virus”, she held a tiny medical bottle with transparent fluid inside.
“What is it?” You asked, a bit worried, taking few steps back inside the cage.
“It’s like… triple shrinking virus powers or something, I don’t fully understand the science, but it will shrink you even more, I mean, far more”, she giggled.
You opened your eyes, terrified, “f..f..f-far more???” You stuttered, your back hit the bars as you couldn’t walk backwards anymore.
“Like germ size, maybe more, lol I don’t know but it should be cool”
“Ah.. please, Jenna I’m scared”, you never disobeyed her before, but what she just said terrified you to a level you couldn’t even breathe, you started having a panic attack.
“Listen!! It’s not that bad! Many do that today, it’s totally fine, I know a girl who actually has almost 200 nanos on her feet, her feet are so smooth it’s crazy, she doesn’t need normal slaves, it’s like a 24/7 foot care”, she said and laughed.
“But.. how come they don’t die? Drown in sweat? I don’t understand”, you asked in teary eyes, hoping it’s not real and just another of her cruel jokes.
“Why don't germs? It’s the same I guess, it changes something in you to fit the new conditions”
“I’m just.. really scared.. Can we please not do it? I promise to work harder, you won’t need nanos”
“Haha, you are so cute, but I already paid for it”, and with that she started opening your cage, you shrieked and embraced yourself and she easily picked you up and sat on her bed.
“P-please, Jenna, I’ll do anything!” You begged and squirmed in her hand.
“Hey don’t be like that, I was always kind to you haven’t I?”
“Y-Yes but… I’m really scared!”
“It’s just a better way to serve me, calm down, you will be ok”, she placed you on her foot, thinking for a second, then placing you on a dead cluster she had next to the ball of her foot.
“Here, I think that’s a good spot for you, you will be able to slowly eat the dead skin, you love my dead skin right?”
You sniffed, looking down, imagining you as a tiny germ there, then looking up to Jenna, she was already opening the bottle.
You started crying helplessly as she held the bottle above you.
“So I guess this is goodbye”, she said cheerfully, “I think I should say something, you’ve been with me for… 7 years now?”
You sniffed and nodded.
“Wow, time goes by so fast… anyway, you want to say anything?” She asked with an examining look.
You used your arm to wipe off the tears, “t-thanks for everyth-“
She poured down the bottle on top of you, pouring a lot of it into your mouth while you spoke, you sat down and embraced yourself, coughing miserably as more and more fluid rain on top of your head.
Then you started having a rapid feeling of falling down, it reminded you of the first time they shrunk you in the lab just maybe a thousand times more intense, you tried to scream but it was impossible, her foot became vast in ways you couldn’t even comprehend, and when the shrinking stopped you were standing there, horizons of skin all around you.
It didn’t look like skin anymore, some kind of a weird desert but it wasn’t really dry, water came out from within the cracks, you weren’t sure it’s water, you could actually see the cells, it was unreal…
You approached some kind of a huge bubble and started biting it, it was definitely the taste of her foot sweat but something was off, you couldn’t explain what makes it different.
Then everything got darker, some kind of a shadow, voice boomed like thunder from above, it was slow, huge, something you’ve never heard before, you looked up.
It looked like a planet from far above, Jenna’s smiling face, talking, she moved much slower than usual, you couldn’t understand anything she said, you shrugged and kept biting on that sweat bubble.
When Jenna stood up everything was shaking, and as her foot touched the floor everything got darker, you thought you were going to be crushed but you actually kept standing on her foot. Not even feeling you are upside down, then you realized.
Jenna is your earth now, and on her foot you can find everything you need to survive, in exchange you are taking care of her feet, but you weren’t sure how you can make any impact in that size.
And you were right - as days went by Jenna couldn’t see any change, in fact just the opposite - the condition of her foot got worse because she didn’t have a normal sized slave to take care of them, she was sure you died or something but you were still there, working hard trying to please her.
Jenna didn’t know but to actually see impact, considering her shoe size, she needed 500-600 nanos on each of her feet. But it was a new tech and there were no guidelines. Women toyed with the feeling of having a man living 24/7 on their foot and mainly did it for fun.
It’s only 72 years later, where the mass production of men to be used as nanos began, women could buy 1,000 nanos for a sum that compared to our days would be like buying a new fridge.
