The Ultimate Opener
🕑 Added 2023-03-03 20:52:59 +0000 UTCTHIS...is the ultimate opener. It's a stretch I rarely remember to do, but always feel so much better after.
It's a little intense...but soooo worth it. Don't skip the circles in the beginning because when it comes to the passive stretch, you'll want to have warmed up to it.
Enjoy, Rollers!
Love,
Maggie
