60 Minute Full Body Class

First off, the class itself here is magnificent and you can't miss it. Make the time. You'll want a roller and two tennis balls/pinky balls/lacrosse balls. Mainly though, while I bought us a fancy new microphone to record this class with (and this was my first time with it), it was OFF, SOMEHOW, so the sound quality in this class is...not what I was planning. I even made a joke about it being off the whole time toward the end of class and I can't believe I was right. 🤪
I'm speaking into the ether so the sound is a little tinny. I did everything I could to make it sound reasonable and you can totally hear me, but I recommend taking this class with headphones in case you have other noise distractions in your space. Having background music on in your space shouldn't interfere with my instruction, though, and I encourage it.
Anywayyyy primo sound next week, I promise! And the new mic worked great for this week's tidbit. Thanks for being patient with me while I work to enhance my video and audio quality. 💛
Here's what's inside this delicious full body class:
- shins
- glutes
- quadriceps
- inner thighs
- lats & ribcage
- rotator cuff
- upper traps
- balls on the glutes and sacrum
- ball in the pec
fin.
Enjoy! Here are some beautiful playlists to put on in your background in case you don't have any of your own.
Love,
Maggie
