These include several images with Serith and Gideon that didn’t work out—either I ended up preferring other versions or they just didn’t animate the way I wanted. Even so, they’re fun to share as part of the creative journey.

Not sure how familiar you are with ComfyUI and the various nodes but I try to use consistent language in my prompts and I utilize IPAdapter/PuLID nodes with a consistent input images to try to keep some consistency. Lastly, a lot of trial and error. For every 1 image that makes it into the game, I probably have ~100 that failed my quality checks.

How do you manage to make the avatars look almost the same without any major changes? I mean, the continuity in the pictures.
