I've tried to draw Charlie, Juliette's dog (it's my first time EVER drawing an animal, be understanding T.T).
I've tried to add some fur texture to his skin, but I'm not sure of the outcome;
can you give me your opinion and vote which one you prefer?

You can tell the difference since the fur texture is highlighted by different shadows. It make the end result look more realistic.

I honestly can't even tell the difference so I don't want to vote. The doggo looks good to me though. Never would have guessed it was your first if you hadn't said anything.
