Nancy fires the lazy worker

Nancy the boss puts her feet on the table just to makes Jim understand his position.
Now Nancy gets up and goes towards Jim and, with his great surprise, she shows him her special power. She throw her spell over him and he starts to shrink.
Now Jim is so small that everythin is gigantic... he tries to run away, jumping off the chair. with terror in his eyes...
but there is no chance for him to escape from Nancy's giant shoes... SPLAT!!!
