Minimeters 1.0
🕑 Added 2025-08-02 15:30:20 +0000 UTCI recently explored Minimeters, a versatile audio visualization app that lets me see real-time audio feedback right from my output device.
It’s affordable, highly customizable, and comes with features like various meters, spectrograms, and an innovative stick mode that keeps the display always visible on top without interfering with other windows.
I love how easy it is to record and export short clips, and the new updates make it even more powerful for anyone working with audio in tools like Bitwig. For the price, it offers an impressive set of features and flexibility that fits perfectly into my workflow.
Minimeters is a popular audio visualizer application used in many TikTok and Instagram videos.
It costs $20, with free updates for existing beta owners.
The app can grab audio from your output device, commonly using a loopback method on Windows.
Highly customizable visual modules including spectrogram, waveform, stereo meter, loudness meter, VU meter, oscilloscope, and spectrum analyzer.
New features enable adjustments to waveform, spectrogram tilting, sharper mode for detailed analysis, and melt scaling in the spectrum analyzer.
Target curve feature allows users to overlay and compare frequency content with reference tracks.
Stereo meter, loudness (LUFS/ RMS), and oscilloscope modules are included.
Built-in audio recorder lets you record or clip the previous seconds of audio (10-60 seconds).
Drag-and-drop export functionality for recorded audio directly into your DAW.
Available as both a standalone application and a plugin (VST or CLAP format).
Unique "stick mode" allows the visualizer to remain on top, resizing other windows beneath it for seamless workflow, especially useful in DAWs like Bitwig.
Preset saving and full visual/functional customization for personal workflows.
No subscription, DRM, or license checking, one-time purchase.
Demo version recommended before purchase.
Fullscreen mode, multi-layout options, and deep settings for user preferences.
