The ABDU campus slipped behind the closely-packed shops of Ardenthill’s downtown core, leaving only the clocktower visible in Monserrat’s rear view mirror. She found herself doing a lot of looking in that mirror – more than was advisable, considering how pedestrian friendly the downtown streets were. On her tenth look at her fiancé, Monserrat marveled that Jenna’s legendary anxiety was nowhere to be seen. Focusing her gaze properly on the road, she guided her Subaru Ascent through the town’s big roundabout. I’m as nervous as Jenny was this morning – she’s calm now, I should be too. There were more immediate concerns than if Jenny was going to freak out on her playdate or not – like the fact that as always, someone in Ardenthill didn’t know how to drive through a roundabout.
As a way to tease her fiancé, Monserrat had put the waterproof seat covers on the middle row of seats – only for Jenny to steal her thunder by failing to notice the change. It wasn’t unusual at all for Jenny to be quiet, especially after school. Despite that, Monserrat’s worries gnawed at her as she pulled out onto the highway, toward the upscale homes that sat between the town and the golf course. Remembering the invitation she’d gotten to play golf from one of her clients, Monserrat wondered what it would be like to enter the country club as a Black Latine woman. Wrestling with the issue distracted her long enough to enter Windsor loop and pull into Denise and Flora’s driveway. On opening the SUV’s rear door, Monserrat discovered Jenny nervously clutching Elizabat, her bat stuffie. The way their relative comfort with the playdate was seesawing made Monserrat grin.
“Don’t worry Jenny, Flora’s probably as nervous as you are.”
“I doubt it, she’s used to this, isn’t she?”
“Not really. She’s got some of the same struggles with being Little that you do – she obviously likes it a lot, but has trouble figuring out what that means for her identity.” Monserrat helped Jenny out of her seat and put an arm around her shoulders.
“If it’s too much for me though – I can wait in the car, or we can even just leave, right?” Elizabat got an extra tight squeeze as Jenny looked up at Monserrat plaintively.
“Of course – but you know, Flora’s Mommy told me that Flora wanted to be able to cut your playdate short too, if she needs to. I think you’ll be more alike than you think – if you take things slowly, you’ll have a good time.”
“And it’ll be okay if I call you Monchi?”
“Of course, I love hearing that name from you – there’s no reason you can’t use it when you’re Little.” Monserrat wasn’t sure yet what it meant that Jenny wanted her Little name, but to use Monserrat’s regular nickname, but she wasn’t sweating it. It was enough to have gotten Jenna to try a Little playdate at all.
“Okay – I want to try it.” Jenny was heart achingly cute with her resolute expression as she walked alongside Monserrat. As the sound of the doorbell faded, the Little girl pulled her stuffie close.
“Oh, Monchi, hi.” The door swung open to reveal Flora, who was wearing a regular pair of jeans and a camisole top.
Monserrat breathed a sigh of relief, Jenny’s own pair of jeans and fuzzy yellow sweater were a good match for Flora’s outfit. Flora was holding Suki, her chinchilla stuffie, in a near perfect mirror of Jenny’s anxious posture. As far as beginnings go, this is great for letting them know how similar they are.
“Flora, this is Jenny. Jenny, this is Flora. Are you two ready to have fun today?”
“What’s your stuffie’s name?” Jenny blurted out.
“Suki. She’s a chinchilla.” Flora bit her lip and squeezed Suki. “What about yours?”
“Elizabat.” Jenny blushed. “Monchi got her for me.”
“I got Suki from Monchi too! I have other stuffies but I thought Suki would want to see Monchi again.”
“I think she does, and I’m glad to see her again too.” Monserrat said, patting Jenny’s padded bottom to scoot her inside the house. “Flora, why don’t you show Jenny your other stuffies? Jenny brought along some of her ponies too.”
“What kind of ponies?” Flora headed into the house as she asked the question, Jenny followed on apparent autopilot.
“Old ones – from when I was uh – anyway, from like 2005.”
“Do you have Midnight Star?”
“I have her here, she’s one of my favorites.”
“Me too! I lost mine ages ago though…”
Monserrat watched bemused as the Little girls wandered away. Praying that their good humor would last long enough for her to orient herself, Monserrat took a quick lap through the first floor of the house. Colonial furniture and paintings were more interesting than the neo-classical décor most of her clients preferred – though there was no way to remove colonization from colonial, no matter what Denise’s politics were. While she familiarized herself with the kitchen, bathrooms, and changing room, Monserrat’s thoughts wandered to the woman who’d hired her to watch Keeley Hartwell. There was no denying that Dominika Galvez had money and influence – but there wasn’t much to distinguish her from her WASP counterparts. Is there a place for me in neighborhoods like this – and do I want there to be?
Her abuela would call her crazy for questioning the kind of money she was making, never mind the connections that had a value far beyond money. A single email from Veronica Rasmussen had transformed Monserrat’s engineering professors from disinterested sticklers for the rules, to potential mentors that were eager to offer her an ala-carte school schedule. If nothing else, I’m doing it for Jenny. Money isn’t everything – but it makes a lot of dreams possible, including letting her be a full time Little if she decides she wants that.
Back in the front of the house, Monserrat found the girls on the living room floor, eagerly teaching Jenny’s ponies to ride stuffies. They were both leaning forward intently, exposing nearly identical bits of diaper waistband above the back of their jeans. Monserrat crouched down and took a peek down the back of their diapers in turn, highly amused at the way they turned to her with a similar mix of indignance and blush on their faces.
“Monchi!” Jenny protested.
“I always check my Little girls at the beginning of a session.” Monserrat said firmly. “Looks neither of you are wet – or worse.”
“I would never do that!” Flora gasped.
“Me either!” Jenny grabbed Flora’s arm in solidarity. “Monchi’s always teasing me about stuff like that.”
“You have to make it up to us.” Flora declared.
“Do I now?” Monserrat regarded the Littles with her best skeptical expression – and found it didn’t have quite the power she was used, to against a pair of girls who were so much in sync.
“When I had a playdate with my friend Brooke, she made us whipped cream and cookies and ice cream.” Jenny had Flora’s interest immediately, the two of them trained puppy dog eyes on Monserrat in unison.
“J-Bear, what do you think you’re doing?” Though she might not be able to easily cow the Little girls, Monserrat was not about to let them take the reins either.
“I’m just telling my new friend what I did when I was playing with someone else.” Jenny had an utterly sincere expression on her face, leaving Monserrat wondering if her fiancé was playing a very effective brat – or if she was so deep in Littlespace that she was genuinely arguing with toddler logic. The latter would be more in line with Jenna’s personality – sincere to the point of bluntness.
Before Monserrat could answer, Flora was running off with the conversation. “Are you a streamer? Is J-Bear your streamer name?”
“No – that’s just a nickname Monchi started using recently.” Jenny squirmed. “It’s silly – but I like it.”
“Oh – my mommy calls me Buttercup sometimes. I’m going to be a streamer though, I’m ChillyGirl, because Suki’s a chinCHILLa.” Flora grinned. “You should stream with me! J-Bear would be a good streamer name.”
“Streaming sound scary.” Jenny shook her head. “I don’t know what I’d talk about anyway.”
“You’d just play video games! I have a friend Skye – she’s really nice – we played Netherbeast together on stream. It was lots of fun!” Flora was waving her hands animatedly as she talked, throwing them above her head as she concluded her point, “They sent us a ton of money too, even though I didn’t show off my diaper like Skye showed hers.”
Jenny blinked. “Skye was showing off her diapers on stream?”
“Oh yeah, she has a bunch of cameras set up, one aims down at her diaper, and there’s another one on her stash of diapers. She can’t have one on the changing table because she’d get banned – and anyway I think she doesn’t want to be naked on stream.” Flora nodded sagely. “I think that’s smart. Her fans mostly want to see her play games anyway.”
“I – I couldn’t.” Jenny shook her head. “But they really don’t mind her diapers?”
“They like it! They buy her cute outfits sometimes too, like a teddy-bear onesie that has a hood with ears on it.” Flora leaned in to whisper, “I’m kinda jealous of it. Mommy tried to buy me one, but they’re sold out.”
Jenny giggled, despite the blush coloring her cheeks. “Maybe I could play with you two sometime – even if I wasn’t on stream.”
“Really?” Flora looked taken aback. “You’d want to hang out with me even if I’m not being babysat by Monchi?”
“Um – yeah?” Jenny frowned in confusion. “We just met but I’m having fun so far. I like how passionate and excited you get about stuff you like.”
Tentatively, Flora leaned over for a hug. Monserrat held her breath, knowing there was a whole range of reactions Jenny could have to being touched by a stranger – and having know way to anticipate which one was about to come out. To her relief, Jenny didn’t look uncomfortable or scared as she lightly returned Flora’s hug.
“I wasn’t sure if you were here because you wanted someone to play with – or because Denise paid extra.” Flora shrugged awkwardly. “Sorry if that doesn’t sound nice, I’m not sure how to say it right.”
Jenny smiled kindly. “I have trouble with words too – a lot of the time. Actually, I asked if I could play with someone – my playdate with Brooke didn’t go well, she didn’t like being Little.”
Monserrat bit her lip, wondering if she should correct her Little girl or not. Her own impression of Brooke’s experience was that it had been really positive – and that Brooke had simply gotten overwhelmed after she tried a diaper on. At the same time, Jenny knew Brooke a lot better than Monserrat did. Plus, no one would enjoy being corrected about their best friend, in front of a new friend. While she was struggling with her decision, Flora gave Jenny a hug, and made it an enthusiastic one. Jenny leaned into the hug, scooting hip to hip with Flora after the embrace ended.
“You two are playing beautifully, way better than I expected for two Little girls who just met.” Monserrat beamed at the girls, who looked up with a mixture of pride and self-consciousness. “I’m not going to make a whole dessert buffet for you – but you can pick cookies or ice cream for a snack.”
“Cookies!” Flora said, at the same time that Jenny said, “Ice cream!” The Littles looked at each other and frowned.
“We have the best cookies right now,” Flora said. “We should have cookies.”
“But I like ice cream better, I only really like cookies when they’re with ice cream.”
“Girls, I have a solution.” Monserrat patted them on their heads. “Flora will get a pair of cookies, Jenny will get two scoops of ice cream. If you want to share, you’re welcome to.”
“Okay!” The Littles said in unison.
Monserrat laughed and wandered off to the kitchen, hoping the “best cookies” would be obvious. A pink cookie box with a fancy label on it seemed like a good candidate for Flora’s pick – Monserrat took a babysitter’s tax of a cookie, discovering that they were chocolate swirl shortbreads that melted in her mouth. By the time she returned to the living room with a full snack tray – cookies, ice cream, and sippy cups filled with apple juice – the Littles were half-tangled together lying on the floor. The ponies-riding-stuffies game had evolved into a sort of toy obstacle course, with the girls as the obstacles.
While Flora and Jenny munched away on their snack – ultimately sharing, but only a bite each – Monserrat took a seat on the couch and watched the girls play. It was a far more relaxing way to babysit than previous jobs – with the added benefit that Flora seemed to be having more fun than she did on a typical session with Monchi alone. Bringing Jenna along certainly wouldn’t work for all of Monchi’s clients – a lot of them were after the single-minded attention and slightly sexy time that Monserrat had delivered for them in the past.
Even if it was only a third of them or so – it’s hard to see how it wouldn’t be a win for everyone. My clients would have a great time, I get more of a break, and Jenny gets Little friends to play with. I could be doing homework right now, if I’d brought some – like a regular babysitter.
Actually doing homework during a high paid job wasn’t something Monserrat was sure she’d ever be able to do. To assuage the guilt of even having considered it, she grabbed a kids’ book from her bag and read the Littles a story. Both girls perked up at being given a bit more direction for their afternoon, vindicating Monserrat’s work ethic. Flora was enchanted by the story of the Goat Girl who fell in love with the North Wind. By contrast, Jenny was looking bored or irritated, though the story was one of her favorites for Little time.
“Are you alright, Jenny-Bear?”
“I – potty.” Jenny’s face flamed, she squirmed uncomfortably with her knees glued together.
“I can do whatever while your mommy changes you.” Flora said with a shrug.
“I didn’t – yet!” Jenny frowned, scooting away from Flora and Monserrat both.
“I can take you to the bathroom if you need me to.” Monserrat said, in the gentlest tone she could muster.
“Oh – you don’t – you’re not like me?” Flora’s face fell from the heights of imaginative Littlehood to the depths of uncertain baby girl.
“I don’t know – I don’t know what I’m like.” Jenny scrunched her eyes up, drawing in on herself as much as she could without giving up pressing her legs together. “It’s not like I’ve never – I’ve used a diaper a lot.”
Monserrat took a seat next to Jenny, putting her arms around her fiancé. The Little girl was trembling in her arms – she’d have been sobbing if she wasn’t in front of a new person. Even with Jenny’s discomfort at emoting in front of strangers, the waterworks were not far off.
“I don’t get it.” Flora picked at the carpet. “But if you think it’s because I’ll make fun – I won’t.”
“I didn’t think that – not really.” Jenny whimpered uncomfortably, pressing a hand between her legs. “Sometimes I want to, and sometimes I don’t – but I always feel weird about it. Plus I – I had an accident at school and…”
In the silence that Jenny’s unfinished statement left, Brooke whispered. “I had an accident at the mall.”
Jenny looked up furtively. “I’m sorry.”
“I was scared.” Flora was looking straight down, ripping actual bits of carpet out as she spoke. “Monchi helped me – but I wanted my mommy. It was awful.”
“My other babysitter – Usha – helped me. I’m not supposed to say this but – I wanted my Navi – that’s what I call Monchi sometimes when I’m Little.” Jenny leaned against Monserrat, getting a gentle squeeze in response.
“Do you like being Little?” Flora peeked up at Jenny. Jenny didn’t answer, she just swallowed hard - and gave an eventual nod.
"Me too." Flora sighed. “It’s hard because I keep thinking about what other people will think. That’s why – I was having so much fun with you today. And why I wanted you to hang out with Skye.”
“I liked playing with you a lot.” Jenny whispered. “If I use my diaper – will you use yours too?”
Flora nodded. “I’ll do it right – uh, I guess I already am.”
Both girls blushed and tittered. Monserrat felt Jenny tense and relax in her arms. “Me – me too.”
“You’re both wonderful girls, I’m very proud of both of you.” Monserrat smiled, motioning for Flora to join Jenny. When she scooted over, Monserrat pulled Flora into a hug with Jenny, glad to see the girls lean against each other in added comfort. “That was some big-deal emotional conversation you had – which isn’t easy, especially when you’re Little.”
“Are you okay, Jenny?” Flora whispered.
“Yeah. Are you okay?” Jenny squeezed her new friend’s arm.
“I think so – except my butt is wet now.” Flora wrinkled her nose, triggering an amused chuckle from Monserrat.
“Do either of you girls have an objection to being changed with the other one in the room?”
“You changed Skye when I was in the room with her – I didn’t look and I won’t look if you don’t want me to, Jenny.” Flora offered a timid smile.
“I don’t want to not be in the room with Navi – so okay. I won’t look either.” Jenny nuzzled Monserrat’s collarbone, the last of the tension leaving her limbs.
“In that case, it’s my turn to see if I can do something impressive.” Before the girls could do more than make curious noises, Monserrat got her legs under her, an arm under each Little, and rose with a grunt of effort. Putting a girl on each hip had her taking some deep breaths – her legs were burning from the effort of lifting three adults at once – but she’d managed it. It’s a good thing they’re both petite. The delighted gasps of her Little girls was all the incentive she needed to carefully walk to the changing room with a warm girl pressed to each side.
“Flora goes first, since she wet first.” Monserrat said in answer to Jenny’s protest at being set down on an armchair. “The only way you’d skip ahead is if your accident was messy.”
Predictably, the tease about Jenny’s ultimate taboo put her fiancé in a flustered, quiet state, allowing Monserrat to set Flora on her changing table – which she did with some relief. A pacifier in Flora’s mouth was a good hedge against Jenny having to answer questions when she was uncomfortable – with the added benefit of making Flora even more passive. The first order of business was to strip Flora down. A changing table wasn’t a place for trendy adult clothes, no matter how cute they looked. At first, Monserrat blocked as much view of Flora’s naked body as she could, until it became clear that Jenny wasn’t watching, and that Flora felt comfortable with her nakedness.
She had Flora cleaned up and dressed in a handy bluebell print onesie in short order. Switching Jenny and Flora’s positions, she went for the supplies in her personal diaper bag for her fiancé’s change. Included in the supplies she laid out was a white onesie covered in tiny bats. She showed it to Jenny and offered her a pacifier – her Little girl nodded to both. Tenderly, Monserrat stripped Jenny down and tore the tapes on her diaper. To Monchi’s pleased surprise, Jenny didn’t flinch when she was bare on the changing table, or even look Flora’s direction to see if her playmate was keeping her promise. Monserrat – with too much responsibility to be so trusting – stole a glance at Flora, and was happy to see that she was spacing out instead of invading Jenny’s privacy.
There was a thrill to wiping Jenna down in another ABDL couple’s house. The experience felt like the promise of fun, kinky days to come – in a future where they’d expanded their social circle into a bigger ABDL group. Jenny needed a lot of reassurance in the form of physical touches during her change, which Monchi was happy to provide. It was a winning diaper change for sure, generating a look of comforted happiness on Jenny’s face when Monserrat set her fiancé’s diaper tapes. After wiggling her Little girl into the onesie and snapping the crotch closed, she set Jenny on the floor. Balance concerns from her first trip carrying two Littles, had Monserrat eager to avoid a second trip for the time being.
“Let’s go back to the living room,” She said, curious as to what her Littles would do. To her delight – and probably theirs as well, Jenny and Flora crawled back to the living room while quietly sucking on their pacifiers. Both girls looked ready for a nap. It was a small wonder, considering how fast the emotional and kink intensity of their session had ramped up. There were no objections when Monserrat rolled the girls into individual blanket burritos and put them on the couch, with their heads on her thighs.
A soft lullaby and stroking the girl’s hair put them out like lights. It was going to be a hell of an image for Denise to walk in on when she got back from work – which would be soon enough that both girls would almost certainly still be sleeping. With a happy sigh, Monserrat cast her gaze out the window and watched the apple tree blossoms bob in the soft spring winds.
I’ll have to talk to Jenny and see how she felt about this session – but I could get used to these playdates for sure.

I love how she kept teasing them, especially Jenny, about the possibility she'd have a messy diaper. I'd love that if I had a caregiver of some kind. Of course I'd try to declare I don't do that in my diaper, especially if someone else was there, then they'd remind me in front of them like, "You don't? So that wasn't a messy diaper I change last night or yesterday morning? Who's messy diaper was it then?" I absolutely love that type of back and forth between different types of relationships.
What a cute chapter. Flora looked to be just what Jenny needed. They go well together. I think a Flora story would be neat. Thanks for the update.
