Update: 0.5.0
🕑 Added 2020-06-04 23:50:02 +0000 UTCWhat an insane month… but I don’t really want to get into it, so let’s jump right into talking about the previous update!
I couldn’t say much before the last update came out, but now I can share some of my thoughts on the matter. Just in case it wasn’t obvious, your dear old Coach is there to help make a man out of you! In game terms, this will be one of the ways to reclaim some of your lost masculinity if you got a beta transformation in week 1. I have another path planned for the Coach as well, so he won’t simply exist as a mechanism to modify your stats – I wonder if someone can guess what this alternative Coach path will be… I’ll give you a hint, it was inspired by another game. Also, the Will dom path was neatly swept up in the process, revealing that you may have to start enacting some negative reinforcement measures on the less masculine members of the gym class – but that’s not bullying! …right?
On to this latest update… So as I said last month, this was purely a coding update, because I had really gotten behind on that. The timing of it was left up to the voters, and they decided that sooner was better than later, so here we are. Sadly there are no new scenes for you lovely people to enjoy, but this is a very rare occurrence, happening only once before (when I was making the RPG dungeon). The good news is, there’s a bunch of blank, ready and willing passages now, just aching to be filled with some hot, steamy, gooey fun! Talking about those passages… you may see all this incompletion and think – damn, that’s a lot of scenes still to go for week 2. Bear in mind that the passages marked “transitional” aren’t actually full scenes – they might be like a paragraph or so. The school classes will operate similar to week 1, so you won’t have a scene for every single class, every day of the week – sometimes that character isn’t there that day, etc.
Just a few more things here... The first one is that I forgot to update the credits last month, but I did pick that up this time, so please accept my apologies for the delay. I don’t really have a comprehensive changelog for this update, because as I started digging into things, I would discover something else, then correct that, etc. I wasn’t really keeping track of everything that happened, as I broke the game a lot trying to make it work lol. While going through the game, I was also reminded of the requests and suggestions you had about the game along the way. It was all little things, which will probably fly under the radar anyways, but the biggest one was Bonnie. She had a couple of escape hatches built into her arc, but now you can avoid her even earlier if you want.
