Because it is far from the mainland, it has also been far from war, unaffected by conflict for many years. Thus, the Land of Hot Water does not prioritize the development of military strength.
This has led to the Land of Hot Water not having any respectable ninja forces.
As Feiyun traveled, he saw various hot spring establishments everywhere.
Embracing the 'since I'm already here' mentality, he decided to choose a hot spring inn to stay at and enjoy a good soak.
Naturally, he would choose a hot spring establishment that allowed mixed bathing.
It is said that the mixed-gender hot springs in the Land of Hot Water are where the most stories happen, and Feiyun, of course, wanted to experience a romantic tale.
However, when he rushed into the mixed-gender bathing area with anticipation, he found it filled with burly men who had the same idea as him.
Women dared not enter and instead opted for the women-only bathing areas.
Seeing the bath full of burly men, Feiyun just wanted to shout, "F***! Give me my money back!"
Unable to swallow his anger, he furiously sought out the person in charge of the hot spring establishment to argue.
"Fraud! You are committing fraud!"
The person in charge looked innocent: "Young man, this is indeed a mixed-gender hot spring, but whether or not female customers enter today is not something we can dictate. Our Land of Hot Water is a free country."
"How about you wait a bit longer? Perhaps some female friends will come to visit soon?"
Well, well, well, even people in the ninja world are full of tricks.
There are mixed-gender hot springs, but whether there are any girls is not guaranteed, right?
Feiyun, helpless, had to fork out a large sum of money again to hire a beautiful young female technician to scrub his back.
He had thought it was a legitimate hot spring establishment, but it turned out to be anything but.
Not only were her hands not well-behaved, but she also intentionally exposed her ample bosom from time to time to stimulate him.
Feiyun had no resistance to such a 'childlike face, voluptuous body' and, finding an opportunity, immediately tried to kiss her.
"Sir, sir... you can't."
Feiyun looked puzzled: "Stop talking nonsense, I'm very worked up right now!"
The beautiful young woman held up three fingers: "It'll cost extra."
"No problem!"
With that, her collagen-rich lips pressed against his... The beautiful young lady initially thought she had made a profit, but in the end, she found it was not profitable at all.
Because Feiyun's combat power was too strong, he consumed her completely and then bombarded her 'mountains' for over an hour.
Ultimately, she could only sigh: "Money is hard to earn, and * is hard to eat..." The next morning, Feiyun received intelligence early.
Shimura Kyoku, a Jonin from Konoha, was escorting a wealthy merchant from the Land of Hot Water back home and would disembark at Hailin Port around nine o'clock today.
Feiyun put away the intelligence scroll, got up, tidied himself, and embarked on his hunting path.
Hailin Port.
After waiting for a long time, he finally saw a sailboat dock.
Feiyun's eyes closely watched the continuous stream of passengers disembarking, meticulously scrutinizing each face.
Suddenly, he saw a familiar face in the crowd, the very person from the bounty list—Shimura Kyoku!
Feiyun pulled up his hood, a bloodthirsty sneer reappearing at the corner of his mouth: "You've finally arrived... my 13 million ryo!"
Four ninjas wearing Konoha headbands cautiously scanned their surroundings, escorting a pot-bellied middle-aged man off the boat.
"Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh!"
Just as they were about to leave the dock, several kunai with explosive tags attached shot towards them, the tags already sizzling.
Jonin Shimura Kyoku was the first to react. He immediately formed hand signs while shouting, "Enemy attack!!"
"Bang, bang, bang!"
A chakra-infused water wall blocked the explosive tags, and the huge explosion sent the crowd at the dock scattering in panic.
"Hmph! You think an attack of this level can take us down?" Shimura Kyoku snorted coldly, then continued: "You three, take the client and leave first. I'll handle the enemy..."
However, before he could finish speaking, a dark figure had already appeared behind the water wall, striking at his back.
A cold glint flashed, and a sharp blade pierced Shimura Kyoku's heart. Feiyun's icy voice rang out: "I never thought simple explosive tags could take you down!"
"Bang!"
An unexpected scene unfolded: the Shimura Kyoku in front of him dissipated into a puff of white smoke.
Feiyun's eyes darkened; he knew this was a Shadow Clone!
Because the Sharingan cannot see through Shadow Clones, this was a ninjutsu specifically developed by the Second Hokage to counter the Sharingan!
Most importantly, Feiyun was certain that this person had not used the Shadow Clone Jutsu at any point during their encounter.
That meant this was a trap set in advance!
From the moment Shimura Kyoku appeared, it had always been a Shadow Clone; his true body had not shown itself... "What are you still standing there for? I told you to take the client and leave first; leave this to me!"
Just then, the real Shimura Kyoku flashed and appeared opposite Feiyun, staring at him with cold eyes.
"Yes, Captain!"
The three team members quickly helped the wealthy merchant up and ran into the distance.
Although he had been outsmarted, Feiyun was not flustered. At most, he would just kill his target again.
"You are cautious enough, but you still won't escape death today. I'll take the 13 million ryo."
Shimura Kyoku's eyes were gloomy: "Our Konoha ninjas have been attacked frequently lately. Was it all your doing? Who exactly are you?"
Feiyun's hood obscured his face, and he sneered: "Who knows..."
"Hmph! No matter who you are, you're finished today! Do you really think Konoha people are so easy to kill?"
"Swish!"
Feiyun immediately flashed, exploding with extreme speed as he charged towards Shimura Kyoku.
Shimura Kyoku pulled out a kunai, precisely blocking Feiyun's short sword, while his other hand, holding another kunai, thrust at Feiyun's throat.
"Clang!"
His Three-Tomoe Sharingan spun, and Feiyun saw through Shimura Kyoku's movements. As he leaned back to dodge the thrust, he kicked the enemy in the abdomen, sending Shimura Kyoku flying.
Shimura Kyoku flipped in mid-air and took several backward leaps to create distance. Although injured, a look of joy appeared on his face: "It really is the Sharingan. You must be Uchiha Feiyun, right?"
"What good is it knowing who I am? You're still going to die today, aren't you?!" Feiyun said indifferently.
Just as he was about to make his next move, several figures flashed and appeared around him, surrounding Feiyun.
Feiyun looked closely and saw that they were Konoha's elite Jonin!
Might Guy, Asuma Sarutobi, and two elite ANBU members!
Asuma Sarutobi took a deep drag from his cigarette: "Uchiha Feiyun, you're quite bold. Not only did you slaughter your entire clan, but you're still going after other Konoha people!"
Feiyun gave a cold laugh, too lazy to respond to Asuma. He was assessing their combat power and his counter-strategy.
Might Guy, filled with righteous indignation, roared: "A demon like you shouldn't exist in this world! For Konoha, I must eliminate you here today!"
"For Konoha?"
Feiyun glanced at Might Guy. This person's brain really wasn't working well, no wonder he was used as a tool.
However, he didn't dare to be careless and didn't want to provoke Might Guy too much.
When Konoha sent Might Guy to deal with him, Feiyun knew that this matter was not simple. Perhaps they hoped Might Guy could, like his father, resolve a major enemy for Konoha after going into his 'red zone' state!
"Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique!"
The ANBU elite made the first move, and several invisible sharp blades swiftly cut towards Feiyun.
However, the Sharingan could see chakra, so Feiyun slightly dodged the sharp attack, and the wind blades left deep gashes in the ground.
Before Feiyun could make another move, four huge earth walls rose around him.
"Earth Release: Four Pillars Prison Technique!"
