For me it's Rob Kline. Memorable if only for the way he tries to throw his brother under the bus during police interrogation (if he even had one). I remember getting an involuntary chuckle when he was basically like "oh, and if you find any beastiality on my computer, that was him too" in a not so roundabout admission of another horrific crime.
