Medieval Bugs & Bloopers

I have opened a community chat for the Medieval Cookbook/Hunting & Foraging mods to try and catch any bloopers & bugs that need attending to before I next update the mods! So if you have stumbled across anything that doesn't seem quite right please leave a few details about the problem in the community chat so I can take a look and try fix those!
I have had a few people mentioning issues with the tea/drinks menu not showing and I think I have finally found what was causing that (a teeny little thing I kept overlooking 🤦♀️😅)
There's a few buff icons that I had missed too!
There is some tuning errors popping up which should also be fixed for the next update as well.
I don't have a date set for the next update but I have been working on a couple of new additions which I hope you will like. More information about this to come later 😊
I have also added a little message for any requests, so if you have any ideas please reply under that message and I may be able to work a little magic and have it added for the next update! 💚

With the update coming is it possible to have tea work as remedy? Or Wine/Ale/Mead have effects like Basemental's alcohol mod?

Thank you for letting me know! The salads should be fixed now for the next update! They had an unnecessary pack requirement which I have now removed :)

My only issue so far has been the tea drinks not showing up + and the salads (dandelion etc) not appearing as an option as well! But apart from that, the mod works great!

Hi! I stumbled on an issue. I have the medieval cookbook and the hunting and foraging mod. I’m playing a medieval legacy with off the grid and simple living. Whilst playing my sim would begin to cook the recipe/ingredient but then they wouldn’t be able to place it into the oven. I tried this with both cc oven and your custom oven but it’s keep happening. I also have the off the grid fix mod but again still not working. I think it’s to do with the recipe book as when I try a normal EA in game oven the sim still can’t cook it. I also think it’s to do with the update as the sims game has updated since the last mod update. Sorry if you answered this elsewhere. I also understand you’re busy with other projects and might just be getting round to it. I hope that this is helpful and if you’ve anymore questions please let me know :))

Yes, it's in this mod! When you put down the sign, you can choose to hunt or forage in the forest... they're part of the same skill, I believe. I'm interested to see how this mod will evolve with the new expansion coming out! :)

my idea is still the hunting/forging and eat med food holiday~ 💋because even tho my sims live in 2025 they will visit a castle and go arr harr and pretend to be from the times for 1 day

Do you offer 'hunting'? I haven't seen that yet.. sorry if it's been mentioned, I am just excited that there might be lol
