Here's a video that's about taking a daring quest, but it's actually about how I started getting weirdly self-conscious going to the grocery store after the pandemic, but it's actually about how fun it is to make a video that has little animated bunnies in it, but it's ACTUALLY about how I made some really Cool & Nice pants.
This video took a little longer than expected because of all the art that Karen made for it! I asked her if she'd be willing to do some silly borders for this semi-inspired-by-point-and-click-adventure-games video, and she knocked it out of the park, AND made a bunch of cute little guys for me to put around the borders. Here's an uncompressed version of "Kinchin's Hovel," my favorite of the borders:

Hope you enjoyed this silly little song video! It's become clear to me that I absolutely love to make videos that are framed within other frames (Teaching Jake, Welcome to the Neighborhood, every little letterbox gag I throw into my videos). Instead of fighting it, it's time for me to accept that it is my style and I will dive into it wholeheartedly. Not exactly sure where it'll take me, but I'm excited to see.
