Painting Forbidden Psalm with the REAL Zorn palette, in REAL TIME!
🕑 Added 2021-08-19 18:45:01 +0000 UTCAs often happens painting with oil colours and working with a limited palette in particular, the general workflow is extremely simple and intuitive, but what happens on the palette and the single brushstrokes contain a ton of information and subtle nuances that need to be seen in real time!
Thanks to the variety of models and different situations and the quantity of footage this is probably one of my best videos to go deeper into the oil painting flow 😉

Thank you Marco - let me start by saying you are awesome and the first and only one that I am supporting on Patreon. Had a quick question - do you give the oils any time to dry between the oil wash stage and applying the first layer of mid tones? In my case when applying the mid tones immediately after applying the makeup sponge, the paint mixes too much together and gets muddy, not clean like yours. Thank you!

Just to let you know, Marco that I’m inspired by you to switch to oils from acrylic! I have a question though and hoping to see from you an example how to paint ‘white’ using oils. Thanks and keep up doing great things!
