“Can I drive the convertible? I think it’d be pretty good for my recovery.”
Sharon’s eyes widen slightly before she nods.
“I guess so,” she grabs a key off a nearby hook and hands it to you. Just like that. The car must be worth tens of thousands of dollars, but Sharon’s just going to let you drive it. You wonder how much influence it would take to get her to just give you the car. You can’t wait to find out.
