Someone made a chart in December that ranked the top nsfw drawn pokemon on e621. Lucario was 1st, beating 2nd place by 6k posts, and doing a quick check of the tags has Lucario 18k overall posts. While current second place of overall posts is at 12k. So Lucario is extremely popular.
