Male Champ vs Female Champ for mixed title. Maybe husband/boyfriend vs wife/girlfriend as suggested earlier! He’s dismissive she takes a Rocky style beating but comes through to win

Just a solid idea would be a relationship boxing match. Husband vs wife, boyfriend vs girlfriend etc
