🕑 Added 2025-10-01 17:18:43 +0000 UTC WOW!! - 7,500 followers?! I’m only 2,500 short of finally pacifying my needy self-esteem. (kidding… mostly.) This isn’t my first account/alias, just the first one that ever made it past five followers. So this still feels new to me. Thank you for being here. I’ll keep working hard to be worthy of the attention you’ve given my work. By the way, if anyone is curious, my motivation/inspiration for drawing the way that I do is the illustrator “Ishikei”. His or her Haruhi Suzumiya and Lucky☆Star drawings made an impression on me - especially the way he or she colors skin, and how the characters stay on-model even when deviating from the model, if that makes sense. I try to carry those qualities into my own drawings. (There are plenty of other artists I love too, but Ishikei has been my north star.) ―――――――――――――――――― I’d also like to sincerely thank every one of you who has taken the time to follow the links I’ve posted about the ethics of animal agriculture. It’s an issue I care about a lot and wish more people knew about. I think the world would be better and so would we, if we let our conscience guide our choices more often. If there’s something yours keeps nudging you about, maybe hear it out: https://mercyforanimals.org/the-problem/ ―――――――――――――――――― うわー!!――フォロワー7,500人!?
