It's also Adom, Zara and Art, the last one in battle. And they don't correct each other either. Sloppy.

Raivshard

Zuni introduced himself as librarian, so why is everyone calling him by his name? That's been going on for a couple chapters now

German humor, it's no laughing matter.

Guilty343

Wam and Bam can only support the Shrimp blast twice without repair? Or without a cooldown period?

Maze

Congratulations on the 100th chapter! The story is awesome! Small thing: "And got us across," Adom added, smiling at his small companion. "Nice work, Zuni." , Adom uses Zuni's real name here.

Josh Cothran

Surely saying someone’s first name aloud isn’t that bad. At least they didn’t say his full name

Spencer Needler

You lied you said there would be less cliff hangers >:( (/s) tftc

Tadas

Maybe it's ampersand &

John Koor

"The letter 'and,'" Zuni answered. And is a word. "Ze letter 'and,'" And again.

Scion

they screwed up with keeping peoples false name right, was the purpose? @ace_the_Owl. I didnt like the jokes but it was good for background, i liked it that way and dont think u should change.

Michael

The accent was great! And BIG GRATZ on chapter 100!

The chicken and egg joke was my favourite joke for at least 15 years - 10 - 25 yo. So great to hear it again even though it was told in the worst possible way. A chicken and egg are in bed together. The chicken is smoking a cigarette, it's body all loose, stretching it's wings and legs out, and curling it's talons and pinions. The feathers brush the hunched, tense, scowling egg who says: "I guess we answered THAT question ... (add-on that I invented: You picked me up on the other side of the road.")

The accent tracked for me

When I was originally writing this chapter, I did a bit of research on bridge trolls and found that they’re most commonly rooted in Germanic folklore—which I thought was pretty fun. So I figured, why not lean into that a little here? If you don’t mind, I’d genuinely love your opinion: Was Grimble’s accent readable? I found it funny when I read it aloud (though to be fair, it was 3AM and I was very sleep-deprived), but it made me smile. As for the dad jokes, they'll probably be edited later, totally open to better suggestions, lol. And to any German readers out there: If I completely butchered the accent—veeeery sorry. Please don’t cancel this small-time wannabe author.
