Altho i agree that this person's actions were a wrong act upon the terms of service you provided, there really is no need to be hostile about it, the person may have had other intentions that were mostly meant on a good term, as Kuro Yuu above said, they were sorry and acknowledged to take it down. Tho i do admit, that their mistake was to upload stuff that isnt...publicly released for free, it is rather wrong to do so. But at least they were respectful enough credit and link them to your page where i could see your work as well as the attention of others who would join your Patreon, so altho his actions were wrong, he did brought you new faces to watch your work.

This guy links to your patreon and promotes you in the gallery descriptions while being a patron. I think the least you could do is not insult them, and just request to have the gallery removed until the work is made public by you. (If you even decide to.) You can also flag the galleries for copyright infringment, since (most) of your art is intellectual property.
