Participation would be required in order to work there, yeah. I'm sure they'd help an employee find a job elsewhere if they were no longer interested in the company policy.

My question would be, are employees required to participate in order to continue their employment at the company? I suppose my guess would be that, if someone no longer wished to participate, they’d help that person find employment somewhere else and there would be no hard feelings, but what do you think?

I am liking the fact that as part of this comic's world- they've apparently managed to keep the whole "office is a swinger's club" thing 100% on the down-low. Either that or Vanessa did absolutely no research about the place she was going to work.
