The good news is: Our newly requested compute capacity has not been restricted by Dropbox and is currently idle. For any Patrons who haven't submitted their requests yet, now is an excellent time to do so.

The challenging news is: While the new capacity is running at full load, it is unexpectedly failing to process the remaining backlog of requests. At the same time, our original request queue has become completely stuck. My developer and I are currently working to restart and restore the original queue.
不太乐观的消息是：新的算力单元虽在满负荷运行，但由于不知名原因，它无法处理队列中剩余的请求，导致原有任务队列已完全陷入停滞。目前，我和开发团队正在全力重启旧队列的处理进程。

We have restarted all compute resources and set them to reprocess the queue from the beginning. The situation has significantly improved, though we are still seeing some requests getting stuck. This appears to be due to the same underlying issue with Dropbox, where it successfully generates the content but then returns an erroneous status signal.

We are still evaluating whether this issue might impact subsequent processing and are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
