Some changes about commissions

It's about Saturday commission streams.
The way how you know them - they won't happen anymore.
I don't plan to do YCHs anymore too.
From now on will exist 2 type to commission me: Regular commissions and Stream commissions.

I plan to do 1 stream and 1 regular comm every month. Sometimes I will do less.

About Patreon commissions.
I will still do them and I won't change the price a year, as I promised. But with it, the quality will be slightly worse than other commissions. Hope you will understand it!
