Happy birthday Lynn! (WIP) + Update
🕑 Added 2023-02-19 05:59:47 +0000 UTCToday (February 19th) is Avelyn's birthday!
Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish this sequence and other drawings I wanted to post today (This one was supposed to be posted at midnight) as I've been working a lot lately trying to finish commissions (4 of which were for Valentine's day) and I've been sleeping as little as 2 hours some nights (and on the night from Feb 13th to 14th I didn't even sleep so I could finish those 4 commissions, and I did it!).
That, of course, has made me feel really tired and now I feel sleepy way too early, which doesn't let me focus on my drawing. I already have huge difficulties focusing (thanks depression) and now the lack of sleep is making it worse. I'm really sorry because I feel like I'm not doing enough, I'll try to finish this one later today but I still haven't finished the other, more intimate one (Oh, they're gonna be dressed in this one, it's just that I haven't drawn the clothing xD) and it will take me a few more days, but I promise you'll like it!! ^w^ It will come with a little text. Also, unlike this, that one doesn't need to be on her birthday, I just wanted it to be on a special day, but it's okay I think.
I haven't been taking new commissions and won't do for at least some time, unless it's some exception. I'll probably finish all my commissions and 2 gifts for friends (who also have been really patient with me) around the end of this month, and then I'll finally be way more relaxed and post more frequently. The first thing I'll do is finish the whole 1st chapter, then post at least a chapter a month instead of just 3-4 pages every once in a while. That manga is my main project, and I'll keep making illustrations, especially on special days.
I can't thank you enough for all your support, I just want to make more art that you all can enjoy! And I feel really happy drawing, most days I have this black clould over my head telling me a lot of awful things and the years are not making it easier, but even on the worst day I can look at the drawings I make and I feel really proud, like, lately I have been feeling so happy with my work, and it wouldn't be possible without all of you ^w^ <3 I put a lot of love in everything I do and want to make it as perfect as possible, and continue improving, because this is what I love and I can't stop smiling when I get a nice comment or message ^w^
First drawing I ever made of Lynn back in 2017. This one really looks weird now x)

Beautiful drawings! Please do look after yourself and don't push yourself too hard, remember to be kind to yourself as well. I hope you can get a good night's sleep soon.

Take care of yourself, girl! Your work is amazing and adorable but I'd love to read you are doing fine too. We'll be here! ๐๐๐
