This download is 100% compatible with my Jacket but you still need to get the Jacket as this doesn't include it.
Added Jacket file in original post to use with this mod.

Still some clipping on Leon's left side even with the refit jacket and also spotted some missing texture near the zipper area on his right side of the jacket, can see right through it. The combo works though and no more invisible back lol

amazing shirt. My only critique is the collar in the front needs to raised a tad to even out with the back.
