I can't help with the knowledge or the additional hands, but I am able to help with some funding. You let me know when you'd like to venture into animation and I'll see if I can help with some of the funding.

There is also the issue of funds. Also, I am alone, so my skills and time will be a bottleneck. My knowledge of animation is limited.( ;∀;)
