We always thought it was kind of lame how you pick one hairstyle and you’re stuck with it for the whole game. In the next episode you’ll be able to change your heroine’s look between scenes – wave it, straighten it or curl it for a club shift or a date or a night out:
Or tie it up for the gym or the office:
Each hairstyle has multiple variants that respond to the story (e.g. bedhead/just-been-fucked, just-got-soaked, swept-back-so-customers-can-see-my-boobs):
We’re also adding new skin tones, allowing for more diverse heroines during character creation – Latina CIA officers are now A Thing!
(Important: at this stage it’ll only support Caucasian ethnicities like Anglo-American, Irish-American, Italian-American, Hispanic-American, etc. It doesn’t support African or Asian heroines – if and when that changes in the future, it’ll require new art assets, not just palette swaps.)
While she was working on this, she also adjusted the shading effects on the small breasts to make them look smaller. (This was a response to requests from multiple players who want small boobs Kate to be a lifetime member of the IBTC.)
We wanted to get this done now because it’ll require a clean restart of the game for you to experience it. This was an absolute ton of work for lovely Victoria – everything had to be hand drawn, meshes expertly layered and applied for the skin, and she really hates drawing hair.
Meanwhile I did a bunch of writing and coding tasks bringing the next episode closer to its releasable state.
Next steps
Victoria is moving onto clothing assets
I’m coding in the new hair and skin assets so they’re selectable during character creation and they display properly in the game. (Note: this isn’t trivial, I need to make sure everything connected to hair still works like eyebrows, pubic hair, etc)

I know everyone wants it to just be ready, but so much work goes into making an episode of this game and we're a very small team. I'm working on it every day, I can't work on it any harder. 🦀❤️🔥

I love that you've added more than just white. I remember you saying you wouldn't because something about it being a bar that hires western girls. Though I just Latina is still considered western. Still cool nonetheless.

Well, I'd never really thought about the fact that you can't change the hairstyle 🤔! By the way, it seems Victoria has fixed the way the neck and collarbone look. In the last beta version, there was something odd in that area, like a red line. It would be better if she just finished drawing the new clothes because, with the new stats system, if she starts thinking about all the possible customisations, she'll never finish. Crash, for example, introduced the option to choose muscle toning and definition at the beginning, which is probably another headache for Victoria 😶🌫️. The old version had a limited number of "uniforms". On the second day, a list of eight or nine suddenly appeared, and it was always the same ones from then on. The game would benefit more from a system that unlocks things gradually rather than all at once.

I've only met one CIA person. He worked at Wright Patterson AFB which is rumored to house 👽. They have a top secret hanger, sure but no aliens. One day a local reporter interviewed the CO of the base and some joker dressed in alien costume knocked on the door, opened it, and said "sorry, wrong room." Our guy would schedule meetings in the winter to take advantage of the LA weather.

Looking good. A little bit of show and tell always goes a long ways. While I am still patient, I also kinda can't wait for the next episode to air. Kinda like Star Trek on Thursday. Totally love the new show and hate the haters... I guess we're all just Sith Lords and Ladies these days with all that hate going around... Darth Jar Jar is gonna come and get you if you don't eat your vegetables - or something like that. Okay... gonna stop there, I guess. I'm somewhat super happy after watching Wonder Man...
