Yeah it is the least extreme. I put it there because the idea of dickgirl porn is usually cocks fucking pussies or asses. It's not really about cocks rubbing together because that veers away from what most people come to this genre for I think. So in that sense it's "extreme", but you're right that it's definitely not very explicit.
