Help me decide! What shall I make for my big December release?

So as you guys know I like to do a big Christmas release every year. It used to be the case, a couple years ago, that for a release on the 25th of December I could start producing on say the 5th of December and just crank out renders for 20 days straight. Usually that would net me a set in the 80-100 render range and it'd be fine to publish that same day as I finished it.
These days, things are different. Not only does A3D need my sets earlier, the amount of content in a set has also inflated. And each render has become more intensive to produce, often requiring me to run hair and clothing simulations on a timeline in order to get everything looking right. So the amount of time I spend per image has gone up substantially. This means that if I want to release something of acceptable quality on the 25th, I need to get to work on it basically on November 1st and just spend the next six weeks on it.
And this year, there's an extra curveball.
As I've mentioned, I start October a little bit on the back foot, since I need to spend a day in the hospital following surgery and I can't predict how fast recovery will be. It might well nuke a full week off the entire month, leaving me only three effective weeks to do work in. Alternatively I might be completely fine, back home on the evening of the 3rd, and ready to get back to work. Third scenario, I feel fucking great! The goal of this surgery is to get my energy back, after all, and I might be way more productive than I've been these past two years.
So October is sort of a could-be-anything month. First off I need to spend it wrapping up the Taylor/Jordan set, and then after that I probably have a week or two left in which I can do just about anything. So this poll is about how I want to spend my time. What do I do with October, and how do I work towards the December release.
There's a few options, and I'll let you guys vote:
Option 1 - Go big for Christmas on a brand new hardcore set
I add whatever time is left in October to my production for December. This means you'll basically get a period of about two and a half months where I do nothing but work on the same set. I imagine this would be something similar in size to ONS/ACE I did two years ago, but rather than spread that out from August to March like I did then, just hash it out in one go from October to December.
Option 2 - The first part of the Breanna/Mari wedding set
This is one I've been considering but am not sure about. For one, because a part of me prefers to save this for spring 2025, because I like to release summery sets during summery times. But secondly, I could not get the entire set done by Christmas 2024 even if I started in October. This is going to be a HUGE set in multiple parts.
Why? Because it features the entire Lust Unleashed cast. I've never done a set this big. The logistics of it are insane. Plus, it has a story element, so I need to make the comic as well. I do think it's a big landmark moment in the LU story so it'd definitely make a good Christmas release for that reason, but it wouldn't be super hardcore. That's probably part two. This would be more erotic.
Option 3 - Work on Kayla's animation rig in October, do something more modest in size for Christmas
This is sort of the compromise option. I need to find time to work on Kayla's animation rig, which is almost impossible to do between the repeated deadlines of set production. I could opt to do this next year, but then in 2025 somewhere I will have to take the time to work on this. It would be posted here on Patreon is more technical WIP content, not as finished animations. Not trying to make this option sound unappealing lol but it just is what it is.
If this option is chosen I will start work on November 1st on a more conventional set that isn't super ambitious in scope. Still big but stand-alone. It could have a story element but it wouldn't be from the wedding arch. We can discuss that further if this one proves the most popular option.
Option 4 - Two sets, a smaller one and a bigger one
So instead of working on Kayla's rig, I would spend October working on something a little more fun. Just a little creative thing off to the side. I've been thinking about doing some instagram style glam photography with the ladies, show off their curves and their bodies in fancy lingerie in luxurious settings. Would be a lot of fun to make, for sure, and also give me a chance to really show off my rendering more than focus on sex. This is actually the type of content that I love to make but feel I don't make enough of.
And then starting November 1st I would start working on the bigger set for a Christmas release, same as in Option 3. We could further define what that is if this is the most popular option.

There is a fetish set from some years back that featuring Mari and Tati (?) docking. TheDude even labeled it "Cockfucking Fetish Miniset". There is also a great sequence in "Pristine", that combines docking and domination into a wonderful mindfuck. Maybe this will cast you over to the next docking release (pun intended).

I waited to vote on this, because I wanted you to be back from the hospital first. I am glad that you came out well on the other side of the operation. I hope you take your time to recover properly. Now I would really urge you to do the long term important task. We will all be blown away, when we finally see your goddesses animated. If that doesn't get us a big Christmas set this year then so be it.

I must say I preferred Tati and Marcella with darker hair - they shouldn't all be blondes. Can I suggest some more elements of domination and submission in your sets? Someone dressed as a maid and serving another? One of the females being absolutely mesmerized by giant cock and falling to their knees to worship it? There are a lot of powerful women in your stories (which I love), but I'd like to see some forced into positions of weakness as well.

I will in fact be writing more this year, so that's coming. I also think I can do a good compromise option in terms of wedding/hardcore set for December, actually. There's a way to make both options meet. But fwiw I genuinely didn't think I was delaying anything. I thought I had been pretty clear a couple months ago about how I was planning this all out and that the big wedding scene was gonna be a 2025 thing. I'm sorry if that didn't come through. That said, I'm happy to try and pull it forward. Regarding the rigging, I honestly think I'll just have to force time for it irrespective of what the poll says.

Ha I think you jinxed it. Option 1 seems to be ahead again... Yeah I understand you're not gonna do two story sets at the same time. Again, my surprise comes from the fact that it seemed to me pretty set in stone that once the T+J set is done you will start on the wedding stuff. As you said it's going to be big so I never expected you to do it in one sitting. The fact that the start is 3+ months away is the big pain point here for me. I like the MCU/DCU analogy and I like the idea of the build up, but those universes also have movies that are prequels. You could do part of the wedding set and then go back to the adventures of Breanna and Kayla before the wedding or something :D. I do hope the animation wins out because that was the second thing I really wanted to see from you this year. Even if the poll goes another way I really hope you find some time for it this year. I guess my disappointment comes from feeling something that I was really looking forward to suddenly got pushed back to next year and I didn't really feel it was going to happen. I think you delivered good content this year, just think some of the pure sex content this summer wasn't that impactful for me. Lol I didn't make my concerns known to threaten cutting support or something. I'm still excited for your work, but more so with some things than others. I guess my issue is that simple sex sets sometimes feel emptier to me than the story sets or even other sex sets. TRE3 for example I think told a pretty good story without a comic format or speech bubbles. I don't feel the same for the Breanna/Kayla and Taylor/Jordan ones. In fact if you want to scratch that writing itch of yours you could provide some written companion to sets. No hassle to format a comic, but provide some dialogue/story if you feel it needs it.

Good to know TheDude. Also really good idea Dangerous Lines! I haven't thought of that, but if starting the wedding set/comic proper is not possible/desired, I'd love to see some "concept" glamour shots if that is possible. Like nothing to tie you down, but maybe some ideas of the outfits and lingerie may sport? Something small to keep up romantic wedding enthusiasts alive during the long bleak winter lol.

I really want to see the wedding stuff, but the glamour shots would both scratch my itch and apparently give you a chance to do what you love. But to echo what The Great Cornholio said, first priority for the rest of the year should be recovery from surgery. We want The Dude to be around for many years to come.

Well seems like option 3 is winning out big atm, so folks aren't going for immediate gratification. The reason I didn't do the wedding this summer is simple: I was doing Peak Performance 2. It's really one or the other. I've always seen the wedding as the conclusion to a series. In my head it was a little bit like an MCU or a DCU - let all the girls have their individual moments to shine and then do the big collaborative thing at the end as like a sort of Avengers-style way to close off the phase. If you've noticed, I've been going down the entire list of characters: Breanna/Mari/Kayla had their fun on Kayla's boat, Yelena/Marcella/Tatiana on the smaller yacht, and now Jordan and Taylor on the big ship. The idea was always to then move them all onto the same ship, where the actual wedding is going to be held, and have that be the big finale. I felt like in this way it'd mean more than if all the ladies just showed up randomly for one set and that was that. Plus, don't forget that at the beginning I said that if I could turn some of these sets into comics later, I would. I'm actually happy that the majority of folks seem to be voting for working on the animation rig. It'll be a good change of pace and a real chance to move forward. But if you feel robbed there's literally nothing I can do for you. I worked as hard as I could and I honestly think I delivered good action this year. If you're primarily here for one thing and you feel like I'm not giving it to you fast enough; you don't have to stay subscribed. Many people unsub for a while and then check back in later. I appreciate the support of course, but if you feel like bailing for a while, I'm not gonna hold it against you. Also when you say you've had your fill of sets, I'm not sure what you mean? A set is just a collection of images. That's what I make. The wedding set would indeed also be that.

First of all, despite anything I might wish to see from you, please plan October (and beyond if necessary) for recovery and only light work. The kind of work that you won't feel bad if it gets delayed because you need more time to recuperate. There's no point in breaking your back and it's good to slow down from time to time. Second, please don't do another ONS/ACE like set unless its length is actually justified. My main issue with ONS was that it seemed to go in circles and not really go anywhere (even for a set). Scenes seem to be repeating and there didn't seem to be a "climax". Third, don't delay the animation side. There will always be excuses to push this further down the line and you shouldn't see it as something easy to leave aside for the future. This was one of the big 2 things that I was hoping to see from you this year. The wedding (even a small part of it) doesn't seem to be happening in 2024 and to miss out on the animation work for more sets seems sad to me. I've had my fill of sets this year tbh especially with the last 2. My preference would 100% be the wedding stuff, mostly because I was pretty sure from comment replies that you were actually going to start on it this year. Since it doesn't seem a good fit for you schedule I'm not gonna press on that point, but as I've explained elsewhere, I kinda feel robbed by not seeing anything of that for another quarter of an year minimum. It also makes me see the the two "hardcore" pool sets as something lesser now. I honestly don't understand why you didn't start the wedding first and have breaks in which you could do hardcore sets... Also I'm not sure these polls are any good since I feel most people will choose the more immediate gratification as opposed to something that is building up the future and bigger things. So my vote is animations or wedding stuff, and since the wedding stuff probably has no chance, I'm voting on animation.

That is the sort of stuff that I wouldn't do as a main christmas release because that's just too niche. Too many people are turned off by that. But I could easily do that kinda stuff as a small set on the side.
