The stuff around his eyes is one of the types of nord 'war paint' that appears in the game, his character model has it by default

Definitely drool-worthy! ;-) Great hair, sultry expression, and the sweat (???) dripping off him in a few places is a really cool touch! Maybe someone can explain the eyes to me, though? Is this 'cuz he's a werewolf? BTW I love this line from a wiki: "Upon completion of the Companions' main plotline, Farkas can be recruited as a follower and becomes a potential marriage candidate." Can anyone marry him? Asking for a friend. . . .
