Probably not in the next update. His comeuppance will occur towards the end of each storyline.

You need to have her in your active party when attending one of Dr. Tiff's secret classes. The notes for her classes are on the fifth and twelfth floors.

how does casandra learn her suport spell i have her at level 11 but no suport spell and i talk to her at differant times and it does not come up about dr tiff at all

Assuming you mean the one where she is kneeling on the bed, that scene occurs after Sarah's first date, if you successfully ask her to make out with you. If she is a doll at the time, you get the version with her having a doll body.
